Everything was perfect! Especially the cleanliness, they even provide shampoo and shower gel from Botanica Sensatia. You can have Netflix and chill here:) They also have a basement for your car and motorcycles. There is a small cafe in front of the hotel, and they offer so many delicious meals, you won't get hungry here, since it's so difficult to get some food from online app (Gojek/Grab), because the location is too far. It's about 30-40 minutes from Goutama, and 2 hours from the airport.

We stayed with a family of 3 adults and 2 children. The villa exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was strategically located in the heart of Ubud, with many convenience stores nearby. Despite being in the heart of Ubud, the villa was very quiet and peaceful, with no noise at all. The villa staff were on standby 24/7 and were very helpful, truly on call 24/7. The villa staff, Ms. Ayu, Mr. Kadek, and the security guards, were very friendly. We will be back because it was very comfortable and felt like home 😁.

We had a wonderful family trip at Sanctoo! The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for traveling with kids. The pool and facilities were great and kids really enjoyed their time here, also one of the best things about are very close to the Bali Zoo. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The food was also delicious with plenty of options for everyone. It was a relaxing and memorable family getaway. Highly recommended, love it!
