Good overall. But maybe could refurbish some of the room, since it looks old. For example, Room that I'm staying not very bright, some of the lights not working and feel creepy at night.

It was so relaxing. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food they served during our stay were buffet breakfast. Good food! Very delicious! The hotel was great for relaxing, quiet place and not a busy area. Near to the places we wanted go. They have a bonfire at night, good for family bonding or with friends. I will definitely come back and stay again.

Everything is perfect nice location, good staff, good service just the make for us 2 star is they cannot fix the problem for water in our room., we woke up 7:00 am and no water, until we went to ate breakfast when we come still no water, we waited for 3hour 30 minutes until we take shower 10:30 already.

The front desk staff are always smiling, friendly and accommodating to our needs. It was a plus that the place is walking distance from mines view park. I also loved that their restaurant in the hotel is one of my favourite restaurants here in Baguio, Cafe by the Ruins. Although, they are still on soft opening during my stay. most of the dishes are out of stock. still, I enjoyed the food that we managed to order. 😍 I guess the only complaint that I have is that their couch on the executive suite is a bit dusty and might need some vacuuming. other than that our stay for the weekend was awesome!

We stayed at the hotel Dec 26-28, 2017. The stay was fine. Nothing extreme happens. I mean everything is normal. Nothing bad and nothing more than what we are expecting. Although when it comes to cleanliness, I'm gonna give 8/10. The room smells like an old wooden cabinet. At first, there's no doormat which is very important when you came out of the bathroom but at least on the second day they provide one after their daily room cleaning. No slippers too, not sure if we need to request for it but not a big deal since we really stayed there when it's already bed time. Staff are okay. Breakfast is okay but will not recommend for long time stay because of the limited menu.
