This airport is located only 3.1 kilometres or an 11-minute taxi ride from the city centre. The taxi fare from the airport will be around PHP165.87. There are no direct flights from Dumaguete to Kuala Lumpur however Philippine Airlines fly to Kuala Lumpur from Sibulan airport with either a transit in Manila.

The airport features two large terminals which cater over 50 different domestic and international airlines from all around the world. The shuttle bus service hours are between 6.00 am to 12.00 am with a frequency every 10 minutes. The airport is located only 30 kilometres away from the east of Shanghai city. Travelling to the city from Pudong International airport cannot be easier, visitors can choose to either ride by Metro, taxi, bus and high-speed Maglev train. Currently, there is no direct flight from the Philippines to Shanghai. However, visitors can take flight from Manila with a minimum of one transit flight to China on various airlines.
