It was rebuilt again but yet again destroyed along with the town of Cagsawa itself during the eruption of the Mayan Volcano in 1814. Currently located in the province of Albay, the ruins are maintained and protected by the National Museum of Philippines and the municipal government of Daraga.   • Daraga Church – The Daraga Church or also known as “Nuestra Señora de la Porteria Parish Church" is a Roman Catholic Church located in Daraga, Albay. The church was built in 1772 by the Franciscans under the patronage of the "Our Lady of the Gate". Certain parts of the church were declared as a National Cultural Treasure of the Philippines in 2007. The church was built in Churrigueresque architectural style, which is an excellent sample of the unique Baroque architecture.
