Modern, clean and very comfortable! Convenient and central for both work and play stays! Amazingly friendly staff and a particular shout out to Tika on the front desk! Handling a difficult client on the phone, assisting multiple guests with check out and other enquiries including me all with a smile and a cool, calm and collected attitude and composure! Will definitely be staying here again!

Hotels.com verified review

Room and towels were dirty and cleaning not up the industry standards. The cleaning staff left behind dirty towels on several occasions and had previous guest hair on newly changed towels. In one instance, a wet face towel left behind on toilet seat on our second night. We also got placed on level 1 despite the photos having a view and window which is misleading from Hotels.com advertisement. Staff were excellent and location is great but would not stay here again. Would not recommend this one to anyone.

Great area close to public transport, having cafe downstairs a bonus & many dining options close by. Carpets could do with a proper clean is only comment would make. Photos on wotif are apparantly old there is no longer balcony furniture, however I stated the pictures seen did have so they supplied us with some for our stay which was very kind of them.
