The staff were incredibly friendly. Not only did they let us check in early, but they also upgraded our room. We were looking to do laundry outside when we met the staff in the elevator, and they kindly helped us finish the laundry and drying inside the hotel.

This was a beautiful location with views over Surrey Hills and also a glimpse of the opera house. Close to many restaurant and face options, close to Oxford and Crown Streets. I have to say that the staff made the stay so wonderful.

Adge hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from the city centre, which I think is a great location. It’s quiet at night with very little street noise, and the environment is very clean. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, I’m not sure why, but I could occasionally hear some humming or strange noise in the room. Overall, it was still a good stay.

The room was very clean and spacious! There is a fridge, kettle and a coffee machine but no microwave. Whenever I got food delivered, I had to throw away whatever I couldn't finish as there was no way to reheat it (you could go down to the lobby and wait there if someone got it done for you but I'm not doing that at night in my PJs). The aircon was pretty good but it did not cool the entire room, only the direction it was aimed at.

Very nice property. Great location. Walk to many places easily. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to say anything a bit negative the elevators are slow and at certain times you are waiting quite a bit of time. This can be frustrating.

The property looks cleaner online than when we got in. The first night they did not clean our rooms. All throughout the 5 days stay the room floor was not vacuumed. Not on my list our hotels to revisit
