The property looks cleaner online than when we got in. The first night they did not clean our rooms. All throughout the 5 days stay the room floor was not vacuumed. Not on my list our hotels to revisit

Clean room, some moving plumbing drain nets that needs locking but excellent for the price.

Great place to stay in Sydney- We will staying again next time we are in town.

The room was great. the cleaners were ok, they cleaef the room quite late and my last day did not supply the room with all the amenities like coffee, tea, sugar and dumped the towels on the sink in a pile.

The hotel has everything i need for my business travel, at reasonable rate.

The bathroom could do with a good clean - dirty shower curtain, muck on the floor, gel container on the floor. Room ordinary.

During my stay I encountered several cleanliness issues including an un-vacuumed carpet, an uncleaned bathroom, a bug found on my toothbrush, and broken glass in the bathroom. The team were responsive when contacted and did arrange a partial clean the following day which improved the carpet and smell. The broken glass was also eventually removed after being raised a second time. However, at no point was any form of compensation offered or even a genuine acknowledgement of how uncomfortable the experience had been — which for the price point and standard expected, I think would have gone a long way. I'm sure this isn't reflective of every stay, but I left feeling like my concerns were managed rather than genuinely cared about, and wouldn't feel confident returning.

Great coffee shop downstairs for breakfast. Great location near eating places, aldi and convenience stores.

Nothing at all positive. Misleading images inExpedia, boasts balconies with furniture, no furniture, rooms are dirty, bathrooms uncleaned, microwaves filthy. Took us to three different dirty rooms and said if we waited at 4pm mind you, if we waited they could clean one. Shameful hospitality should be shut down. An embarrassment to the industryand Sydney

This is a great place to stay for the price. It isn't cheap by any means, but it's among the cheaper options steps away from trendy Oxford Street. It is updated, clean, and the location can't be beat. It's a great spot for solo travelers as they have small rooms perfect for one.

Beautiful hotel and well located. We got an room upgrade and got an amazing room with amazing view.

Clean and stylish room. Great for nightlife on Oxford St

This is a great hotel - well located, a great team, friednly staff and rooms of variable size. I was in a smaller room this stay in the newer part of the hotel, and yet I liked it very much. The old Cambridge Building rooms may be bigger, but this room was neat, compact and great. The rate was also fair and reasonable. The only thing that could lift this would be cleaning - the carpet in my room had not been vacummed - there was dirt and some things from the previous tenant on the floor and the hall definitely had not been cleaned. The bathroom also needed another wipe down. Otherwise, I love this place.

Walking distance to shops, public transport and attractions.

Well located hotel with plenty of amenity

Great area. Parking on site. Great restaurant attached to the property. Just a bit exey for what it was compared to the old Cambridge but that is everywhere now.
