The bloke at reception was very helpful and accommodating. Let us in a bit early as we had to get ready and go to a wedding. Found the pillow I left behind when I made him aware. Good service.

Reception staff very friendly and full of good information on things to see and places to go all over the Gold Coast. The premises were clean, tidy, and quieter than expected. We will certainly stay here again!

Loved our lake view but the grounds are in need of some care. I’m sure the lovely new managers will look after this but they have a big job on their hands. Would definitely stay there again

When we arrived to check in, someone was parked in the spot allocated to us. When we questioned this, we were told just to park next to them, which was a residents only park. The TV had no signal so we couldn’t watch anything. We tried to hook up the wifi a number of times to watch Netflix and the wifi information wouldn’t work. They left the tiniest tube of shower gel and shampoo for two people for two nights. I used it up in my first shower. They also supplied 1 tiny cake of soap. Went to go and see reception to ask about wifi and for some more shower gel but it was closed. On a positive, it is close to the local shopping centre which is just a small walk across the road. The pool looked very inviting as well.

Very dilapidated and dirty property. TV did not work and appropriate number of linens and towel were not provided for the third guest booked .
