Good for a quick couple get away

Again on day of check out housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am basically asking you to leave when check out is 11am Happened on a previous stay so wanted to try the property again however same thing again this trip

Very average interior for the hotel. Stayed in a different hotel paying marginally more and there was a huge difference between the two. The room was comfortable enough but was overpriced for what it was.

The property is in a great location The property needs a bit of maintenance but saying that I guess they will wait until all of the road works and construction works are finished

It was a great stay. We liked the check out time. Room was quiet. Sauna and pool had been great. Would have been nice to enjoy it with my husband together as it gets boring alone. My husband turned sauna in before we went into the pool and someone else turned it off. Unsure if by accident. Maybe a photo on the side what is on and what’s the off button as I didn’t understand it straight away rather especially at the steam bath. Thank you :)

Capti by Fraser in Brisbane has a lot going for it — the location is excellent, and both the interior and exterior design are modern, calming, and beautifully done. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was a major letdown. When I first arrived, the room looked off, and I later realised it hadn’t been properly cleaned — the sheets may not have been changed. I left the "please clean" light on the next day while I was out, but the room still wasn’t serviced. It wasn’t until the third day, after speaking with reception, that a proper clean was done. Even then, the standard was just okay. Some towels had faint stains, including what looked like blood spots. I also noticed staff members responsible for laundry more focused on their phones than their work — which, while a small detail, reflected a broader lack of care. More concerning is that poor cleaning means potential maintenance issues might go unnoticed. If cleaners aren’t doing their jobs properly, they’re likely not reporting signs of damage or disrepair — which could cause long-term issues for the property. This hotel has great potential thanks to its design and location, but the lack of attention from housekeeping really affects the overall experience. I hope they address it soon.

Convenient, clean, accessible

We arrived early and able to check in a room earlier. Front reception staff very helpful. The hotel is of a good standard. Facilities of pool, sauna and steam room was great! The only negative our room was located next to the lift and heard movement from doors/lift that disturb our sleep. We only booked one night.

Decent property for the price point. Showing wear in some areas. On 4th floor corner and found it quite noisy from street noise/revellers in the early hours. Sound proofing could be improved or request a higher floor.
