I just love staying at Capri Hotel. The room is nice, complete with kitchen and coffee machine, love it! The room also is provided with hairdryer and an iron, safe deposit box, microwave, refrigerator. And we love the high tech detail in the interior. The gym facility and swimming pool and self-use washing machine 24 hr is amazing. The location is perfect. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We left our stuffs and they still have it thought they didn't inform us before but the stuffs are there in the lost and found. Thanks

It’s not super tidy or clean. Little old, stains here and there. Not bad but not clean.
Housekeeping staffs just barged in after few knocks without ringing a doorbell two days in a row. Knocking sound was too small I couldn’t tell if it was my room or next door. You can hear everything from your neighbors.

A good option for an overnight city stay. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, friendly staff. We had an issue with connecting to the tv from my phone but a staff member attended quickly and was able to resolve it for us. We would happily return.

Staff and facilities are great - happily surprised that there was a microwave in the room. Good touch! The only thing that needs feedback is the bathtub - while it was great to have in the room, it becomes really slippery and a bit unsafe to get in and out of even with the hand rail. 2nd thing is the carpet is in desperate need of deep cleaning or a renew.

Reception was friendly, v.busy and I chose to use the self serve kiosk which was simple to use.
Utensils in room were all dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned.
Body lotion in the bathroom had been opened and used and was squeezing out of the tube.
Made me wonder if the bed had been changed and what else was dirty.
Opened the curtains and a pillow fell out from behind the curtains.
Phone was not working. USB charging power points also didn’t work.

Great location, room presented well, great to have coffee machine in the room. Bed was very soft and saggy, reception put in a topper to help but didn’t really do anything. Whilst it’s a bit cheaper than other hotels in the area it seems very hot and miss as to the comfort of the room you get.
