I just love staying at Capri Hotel. The room is nice, complete with kitchen and coffee machine, love it! The room also is provided with hairdryer and an iron, safe deposit box, microwave, refrigerator. And we love the high tech detail in the interior. The gym facility and swimming pool and self-use washing machine 24 hr is amazing. The location is perfect. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We left our stuffs and they still have it thought they didn't inform us before but the stuffs are there in the lost and found. Thanks

This is an awesome hotel!!! The front desk staff are wonderful and caring!!! My husband had a medical issue, and they were extremely helpful and empathetic!!! The facility had free laundry machines and dryers and also a nice gym!!! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!!!!

Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty and looked unhygienic. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the lack of cleanliness everywhere. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Was locked out of my room in the early hours of the morning because my keycard was not working, got moved to a different room after an hour of trying to unlock my first room, had to sleep in a room without my belongings, had more keycard issues trying to move my belongings between rooms

Deluxe Studio - cons -not very deluxe! not well stocked, one mug and one coffee cup for two people. Shower- water leaked out and soaked the floor. Toilet seat very unsteady/loose. Was adequate for us for a one night only stay, due to the darkness of the room that had poor lighting and no natural daylight able to get in due to the high rise buildings all around it. Pro's -very good rate from Expedia, clean and tidy, large bed with good quality pillows and bedding. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant attached served a very good steak with an early dining meal deal.
