Hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center and weekend markets in the botanic gardens. The pool, sauna and gym are great. You have convenient takeout and bottle shop directly across the road for anything you might need. Only downfall is the construction work can be a little loud sometimes but that is out of the hotels control. I've thoroughly enjoyed multiple stays here.

We only stayed one night at Capri by Fraser, but it was a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is a little dated in places, but that’s reflected in the reasonable pricing, especially considering its excellent CBD location.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Parking is available for an additional fee, although I’d recommend booking nearby parking in advance if you’re looking to save a bit.
The view isn’t much to write about due to the surrounding CBD buildings, but one thing that really stood out was how incredibly fast and responsive the lifts were! Overall, good value for money in a great location.

Great little hotel, staff are super friendly and always willing to help.
Room itself was great, clean and just what you need.
There is some works taking place on the corner but it wasn't too bad.
Parking is a bit steep though so watch out for that but with the good rate for the room it all worked out quite good.
