Staff were lovely room is quiet out dated and run down but comfortable enough for a weekend stay

Room was dirty. There was built up thick dust on the TV cabinet. Bed was uncomfortable, The balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever, there were multiple red back spiders and cob webs along the balcony edge which my toddler almost grabbed, the lift kept breaking down and would take forever. Shower was dirty and shower head kept falling off, Service not great, do not recommend!

The only real problem with the hotel at the moment and for a while yet by the look of it was that there was a construction site right next door and it started very early in the morning. Not very relaxing . The room ok clean wise could have been better. Staff were good

Room & staff were good. Only one elevator for the whole building which was very slow. There was also a building site in the adjoining block.

Room smelt like seafood (? Previous tenant) and the dishes were left unclean with food on them. Would not stay again

microwave not working. too hot inside the room. can only feel the aircon in the lounge. didnt have atleast ceiling fan inside the room. rooms not soundproof. loud noises of cars outside the streets at night too distracting.

They don’t move the blinds to clean so there was dead bugs by the windows and under the bed was very dirty. Needs a Reno and a good clean! Spacious though and good if you have a dog.

Room dated, worn paint and smelt of seafood from previous guest. General rubbish and untidiness in the hallways leading to room from lifts. However the bed was comfortable.

Far from a 4-star hotel. Everything is old and in very poor condition. The carpet smells like sweaty feet, the microwave is yellowed and doesn’t even work, and the fridge is damaged. They even have on-site parking and still dare to charge us per night.

Beds were comfy. Good room amenities, parking & location. But the room smelled extremely bad. We had to sit outside. Asked for a room change but they were fully booked. I had to request an air-freshener & they have me a spray bottle which said it was floor cleaner. Unimpressed & won't be back.

Although clean the rooms need renovations. Painting, regrouting, changing vanities, etc. looks very tired. But apartment is spacious, with a balcony. in an ok location. Building site next door so may be noisy during the week.

Just stayed one night,shower needed better cleaning as some mould visible, rest of apartment could not fault very spacey and clean

This property is very disappointing. Has not been maintained or cleaned. Ripped curtains throughout old furniture with scratches dirty bathroom. No breakfast facilities. Charging top dollar. Not up the Accor standard. Makes me think twice about booking any of their other hotels.

Air cond or fan in bedroom because it was hot.

The 2 bedroom we had for the night was comfortable and well maintained. Although we could see marks and scratches on the furniture, the unit was clean and the carpet seemed new. Best of all, it is a pet friendly hotel which is rare in Australia, sadly. Our baby Shiba loved her stay. Thank you for being so accommodating to families with pets. We will be back.

It was convenient to shops and restaurants. A little noisy with cars and sirens. Being self contained was a saving on not having to eat out.

Foyer was nice & clean. Check in & out was easy. Spacious room. Mouldy curtains in room which is concerning from a health perspective. Vanities need an upgrade.

Close to hospital wouldn’t stay there again as we had hammer drills and sawing on our floor above at 7:30 am
