Centrally located at Newtown, very accessible to both buses and trains. Comfortable accommodation, definite value for money this close to the CBD. Great eateries and bars within close proximity, all the services without the noise.

This is an adequate 2* hotel. We decided to save money on accommodation and use the savings to eat out at all the wonderful vegan cafes and restaurants in New Town. We got what we paid for and were happy. Staff very helpful. Linen clean. And hot water. Bed relatively comfortable. Very good value compared to most accommodation in Sydney. Will definitely suit the budget traveller. Small area to heat up food in microwave. Close to public transport. Free parking on side streets but not easy. Next time we would not bring car.

The bathroom was so small I couldn’t sit on the toilet seat properly. Tiny rooms, even smaller bathroom - had to step in then manoeuvre around to close the door. The receptionist was too busy on a personal call to check us in.

The room was fairly well appointed, and there was no issue with the shared bathroom. However soundproofing was lacking. Every international flight which passed overhead woke me up.

Expensive for what it is. Room tiny. Needed to open doors to remove musty smell. Bathroom tiny. Not as clean as it should be, especially for the price. It is basic accommodation. That said the bed & pillow was comfortable, the shower was hot and the AC worked.
