The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. It would have been even better if there was an elevator to the upper floors, but considering the price, I guess it can’t be helped. As for the atmosphere of the town, I personally really loved it, though it might not be for everyone.

小型の冷蔵庫はあります。エアコンはありません。年末年始に５泊しましたが、夜は涼しくエアコンは不要でした。 コンセントはOタイプの変換アダプタ必要です。 WIFIは部屋で接続できますが、サクサク動きません。ロビー7ではWIFI動きます。シャワーとトイレは共同です。夜はフロントは１９時で閉まります（フロントの方は隣の部屋のこもります）運良くロビーに宿泊客がいれば、ホテルに誘導してもらえますが、外から電話で呼び出す必要があります。

駅から遠くなく、周辺にはカフェやスーパー等もあり不便なく過ごせました^^スタッフの方も親切で対応は良かったのですが、キッチンが写真と違っていたのが残念でした。寝るだけの目的であれば問題なく過ごせると思いました。

Ok, place was clean and in a good location. I had to walk up a flight of stairs, 3 stories to our room. Toilet had no light switch, had to leave door fully open to let coridoor light in, to light the toilet. Air conditioner had no remote control. After enduring this all night, I talked to receptionist in the morning on checkout. She asked me to wait, which took 10 minutes. She showed me photo of toilet switch in coridoor, and photo of aircondtioner remote control. Believe me, no light switch in toilet, either way it contravenes building laws. She shiwed me photo of aircondtionercremote on wall. There was no airconditioner remote control. I did not want to argue, I suggested to the manager, that guests should be shown the facilities, not have to find them. It was $100 for the night, but no toilet privacy, and no air conditioning. The manager showed me photos, I have a bad back and did not want to endure a walk to 3rd floor. In fairness, I consumed I water bottke $5, and 1 noodle container $5. Manager did not charfe me for them. Also , $30 fee for aftrr 9 pm arrival, sge could charfe me, dhe did not chsrge me. I have never seen a light switch outside a toilet. There was none.

Great location. Excellent value for money. The rooms are well insulated from road noise.

A very well kept budget hotel situated in the convenience of Newtown. The staff were accommodating. The amenities such as hair dryers. were lacking, and the shower was awkwardly installed, flooding the bathrooms. Other than that all was manageable!

super simple but good for last minute check in and comfy enough. I mean its a cheap stay and it does cheap well enough.

Toilet was in a awkward spot

Overall a good place to stay given the price and location. However the bathroom in my room requires some minor maintenance - the washers in the sink taps need to be replaced as there was a constant leak, there is a broken tile on the shower floor and the shower curtain rail is loose. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Located in a great spot, very short walk to popular places. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy enough room. Good AC. Bedding looked clean but I did notice a slight smell on some part I couldn’t exactly find. Shared amenities were fine except the bathroom, which didn’t appear that clean and a shower floor combo that users should be careful on. Overall, its a good enough stay, a good price, and in a good spot

Older building but clean and safe. Great for a solo overnighter. Would happily book again.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and you couldn’t hear any noise from the street which was good.

Lovely location! It’s an old building but the painting and furniture are fresh and new. There’s no much noise isolation tho. I could easily hear people’s next door and their doors closing which woke me up a few times at night. King street is not too noisy, but you can hear a bit of street chat/cars etc. Lucky I travel with my earplugs. You get what you pay for. Kitchen and amenities are great and staff super friendly.
