The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. It would have been even better if there was an elevator to the upper floors, but considering the price, I guess it can’t be helped. As for the atmosphere of the town, I personally really loved it, though it might not be for everyone.

小型の冷蔵庫はあります。エアコンはありません。年末年始に５泊しましたが、夜は涼しくエアコンは不要でした。 コンセントはOタイプの変換アダプタ必要です。 WIFIは部屋で接続できますが、サクサク動きません。ロビー7ではWIFI動きます。シャワーとトイレは共同です。夜はフロントは１９時で閉まります（フロントの方は隣の部屋のこもります）運良くロビーに宿泊客がいれば、ホテルに誘導してもらえますが、外から電話で呼び出す必要があります。

駅から遠くなく、周辺にはカフェやスーパー等もあり不便なく過ごせました^^スタッフの方も親切で対応は良かったのですが、キッチンが写真と違っていたのが残念でした。寝るだけの目的であれば問題なく過ごせると思いました。

Well, not too bad with a great location, but: (1) a blackout occurred; (2) cockroach showed up; (3) bed is very hard;

Small, clean and serviceable. I had a comfortable night. Newtown is quite buzzy but the room was very quiet. The biggest problem was hauling a heavy suitcase up and down two flights of stairs.

Staff were courteous. Room was clean. Convenient location.

The room was fairly well appointed, and there was no issue with the shared bathroom. However soundproofing was lacking. Every international flight which passed overhead woke me up.

Clean. Great staff. Very convenient to cosmopolitan Newtown.

Price and value for money

Expensive for what it is. Room tiny. Needed to open doors to remove musty smell. Bathroom tiny. Not as clean as it should be, especially for the price. It is basic accommodation. That said the bed & pillow was comfortable, the shower was hot and the AC worked.

The service was polite. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the doors to the mini balcony. Good price for the area. Will stay again when in Newtown. Thank you.

The location was great but it was uncomfortable to have large cockroaches running across the bed at night . In this day and age you should have pest controllers in to manage this problem and provide guests with spray cans

Hello, Newtown Cozy Stays. Unfortunately, I missed my flight and couldn't go to Sydney. I lost my ten-day reservation and therefore my money. I hope you will be more flexible with your accommodation policies. At least penalize me for one or two days, but not the entire amount. Thank you.

So the location is really good: near the station and Newtown is a cool place. Good food and bars. Great vegan resturants. The room was tiny, which is fine, not no lamp. In the evening as a lone traveller i didnt want to be out all the time. The light in the room is so super bright or complete darkness. In the evening i would like to have read a book and relax. This is not possible. The staff seem nice, enough as long as they dont have to do anything for you. The staff said the room is too small for a lamp. Bed is comfortable enough. I stayed for 6 nights. I think if the staff would have helped me with a lamp to be able to relax in my room in the evening id have had a very different experience. 6 nights is a long time to stay and not feel you can relax after days out.

I had to cancel my stay and asked to rebook..I was denied the opportunity and had to forfeit the cost of my booking… $175 down the drain!
