Cozy but clean, good value and friendly service

The room was ok, it smelt a little weird and

Friendly front desk and comfortable clean space in convenient spot.

The room was well portioned for 1 person. The inital impression was the smell as you opened the door. The lack of air flow and what I could only describe a wet smell to the room. I left the courtyard door open all night without the air conditioner on to air it out. The bathroom was not a disabile friendly. The toilet is tucked in next to the door and you have to sit slightly sideways, otherwise you are touchingvthe wall. No hand rails and the floor is uneven. I did not use the shower recess due to this. The bed was comfortable but the courtyard light was on all night so unless you closed the CY door, even with block out curtains you did not get full darkness. TV was well positioned and plenty of storage and amenities for tea and coffee. Expensive grocer 3 doors up for snacks.

The website states that they operate a 24hr desk. Not quite true. If you arrive after 9pm they will hit you up fir a $30 opening fee

Room and bathroom were very clean. Aircon was fab. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was a towel rack in the bathroom.

I felt it was way too expensive with only having a shared bathroom

Staff are amazing. The room was great. Small but clean and has everything you need, except the bathroom, which was shared. Would have been an extra star had they not been doing renovations on the upper level bathrooms. Had to walk all the way down 2 level to the ground floor bathroom.

The room had crakes in bathroom. There was a large cockroach in bathroom. There was no fan in bathroom and a bad smell from hallway from lift to our room. The staff were polite.

Staff were great , the room was super clean, bathroom was clean, room was basic but had a nice basin to wash your face and teeth in. Had a nice waiting area . Close to eateries . A 5 min walk to main shopping and eatery area. A bus that goes past the hotel which was great

Basic but fine hotel. The room was small but it had everything you need.the Bed was comfortable enough. Air conditioning worked

the property made walking to shopping and restaurants easy and also transport

Loved the room for 1 person, TV, aircon, fridge, basin and small storage. Found it very quiet when sleeping would definately stay there again

Was clean and tidy Staff very helpful Disapointed that when asked about stairs was told just a few but was 3 floors, difficult as we were older visitors

Great rooms. Met my needs. Shared bathrooms but not a problem. I would recommend.

Shower needs updating. Very small room. Smelt like chemicals. Looked clean tho and staff were friendly.

Felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep as people were yelling swearing and fighting outside my room all hours of the night.

Die Beschreibung des Hotels stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein. Die Küche existiert nicht. Es gibt weder Pfannen noch einen Kochherd, man kann also nicht einmal ein Ei kochen. Einen Waschtrog gibts auch nicht und auch keinen Kühlschrank. Ein Rüstmesser fehlt ebenfalls. Es hat lediglich zwei Mikrowellenöfen, von welchen einer als Backofen benutzt werden kann. Der Garten ist ein trister Innenhof mit einer Backsteinmauer, das wars. Die Zimmerreinigung klappt nur, wenn die Reinigungskraft nicht gerade krank ist. Bei unserem 16-Tage-Aufenthalt im teuersten Zimmer des Hauses kam sie drei Mal nicht. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist winzig und war anfänglich gefüllt mit viel zu teuren Getränken, welche das Hotel anbot. Wir liessen ihn leeren. Nach unserer Abreise wurden wir informiert, dass uns ein Schaden am Teppich für 100 AUD über die Kreditkarte verrechnet wurde, welchen wir allerdings nie verursachten. Nein danke, in dieses Hotel gehen wir bestimmt nicht mehr :-(
