The hotel’s location was fantastic close to everything and very convenient. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected, with noticeable mould in the bathrooms. We were sold parking passes advertised as allowing multiple entries and exits, but I was charged again upon leaving, which was disappointing. Breakfast was quite basic, and the pancakes were dry and unappetising. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, while the location and service were good, the cleanliness and amenities let it down. I probably wouldn’t book here again, as there are nicer hotels in Perth within a similar budget.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful across every area, the front desk, bar, and restaurant. Each person greeted me with a genuine smile that made me feel truly welcome. My room was spotless and comfortably spacious for a solo stay. If you have the chance, I highly recommend ordering the breakfast. The selection is excellent, with both hot and cold options to suit every taste. It’s best to purchase it at check-in, as the price is more favorable than buying it later. A wonderful experience overall, highly recommended.

We couldn’t get to the pool at 10:30am as it was locked but the hotel room and everything else was top notch. Great location too. Will stay again for sure.

We didn't eat in the hotel much, but we did have a bite to eat on Saturday for lunch and it was really tasty. The food was fresh and came out within 15-20 minutes of ordering. The service was fantastic. The 24 hour room service was a godsend as we were at dance competitions until 11pm so a midnight feed was fantastic!

The common areas could use more attention — the carpets in the hallways were dirty, and the overall feel was a bit dated. Housekeeping didn’t arrive until 4 pm, which was quite late. On the positive side, the reception and bar were very welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. However, toilet rolls were never replenished, and I saw several guests having to ask for more at reception. The sauna was lovely, though the pool area could do with a tidy-up. Not a bad place overall — perhaps just suffering from being short-staffed?

Location

We paid extra for a higher floor, but the view wasn’t worth it. Mostly, you just see the apartment building across the street, and you can even see into people’s daily lives. Kind of felt like we didn’t get our money’s worth. The room itself was fine — the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet.
