While renovated some years back, the hotel felt as if it was renovated just 2 years back. Very comfortable stay and clean! Highly recommend and there are a stretch of bars and restaurants just opposite and CPP parking within 2min walk away. Shopping streets are within 8min walk too.

Room was clean. Shaded Pool was fantastic especially for the kids. Gym we only used on last day but highly recommended. Breakfast buffet was a great deal also. Overall fantastic hotel for a short stay.

Very loud constant humming from in room (TV unit?) Not the best sound-proofing either... You can hear anything dropped on floor from above. Gym was poor (cable functional trainer had no attachments). Breakfast was very good. But on checking-out they charged me for my stay even though I pre-booked via Expedia. This was enormously irritating and shouldn't have happened. I now have to wait for the reimbursement which ruins the rest of my holiday.

The man on Valet during our stay was so lovely and helpful. Always smiling! All staff were very polite and happy to assist. We had requested a room at the back of the Hotel and were given the perfect room 1108. Thank you!

Room was spacious and clean, quite a busy street so pick up/drop off is quite stressful but no issues if you are walking around. Convenient location to the main street malls, staff were nice and accommodating.

Location is very good. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Rooms are clean and room service staff are good. Breakfast lacks variety though. Overall its a good hotel to stay in.
