Staff were excellent and i could see that they took care in making the experience unique and personalised for every client. Convenience of nearby amenities and public transport in arms reach. The Pullman will be my preferred when looking for accommodation again.

Was told room was not ready which was ok as we arrived a little earlier than expected , but got told it would be ready in 30 minutes over 90 mins later and running late for an event we finally got a room , ordered room service that never showed up
Location wise hotel was fantastic but the service left a lot to be desired for the higher priced rooms

Stayed at the hotel before. This time I had a really nice 'Executive' room on the 20th Floor. Very nice. Nice bar with a good selection of drinks and food. Made use of the Gym several times on the 2nd floor. Very helpful staff especially Don Caroll who printed off a document for me. Definitely stay here again. Ideally situated for the MCG and the number 75 tram into the City.

Hotel was well presented and had a comfortable atmosphere as soon as you entered.
Staff at the door were attentive(shout out to Will).
Way parking and check in.
Room very comfortable and relaxing.
Bar and dining facilities were excellent. Dining was very pleasant and staff attentive; especially Julia , a very competent employee.

Check-in took forever as it was a busy time and they only had 2 staff available. We had a 3 night stay byt our room was only cleaned on one of those days. To be fair we could have had a clean at 5pm on one of those days but we had been out all day and arrived back just when the cleaner was about to get to us. I asked her for new towels but said not to bother with the tidy, as we wanted to relax in our room. Room service was good and hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for concerts and sporting events.
