Great Value for the price, location and room size.

Such a convenient close stay for the tennis centre events, we were going to a concert at Margaret Court Arena. Just a short 10 minute walk. The room was clean and we had a lovely buffet breakfast the following day.

Very nice accessible room which was roomy and very comfortable. Ideal for those with a wheelchair. Check in was very busy due to the vast number of football supporters checking in for a special football game at the MCG. Perhaps more staff at check in during exceptionally busy periods

Great hotel and distance to Rod Laver Arena

All rooms were well presented, beds were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. I was easily able to extend my stay but needed to change rooms however the staff were more than happy to take my luggage to our new room. Over the course of 5 days I stayed in 3 rooms and felt all shower bases needed a good old fashion scrub to clean the grout as mould was present in all 3 showers. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Another motel that offers poor quality ammenities, no bat offer or snacks. We continue to pay more for less or even basic.

in room dining options were limited, eg no burger, and my choice miniscule and almost inedible. Room lighting options are confusing. Staff are unfailingly polite and cheerful.

Front office was very kind. The breakfast was very underwhelming. Roughly cut melon, very strange selection of two cheeses. It gave a 2-3 star hotel feeling. The location was nice but also noise from the train station. A bit far away from nice food. It was okay but wouldn’t go back.
