가격에 적절한 수준의 객실과 서비스를 갖춘 호텔. 무료 트램구간에서 벗어나 시내 중심에서 교통이 다소 번거로운 것은 단점이나 트램이나 기차역은 가까워서 익숙해지면 이용에 불편함은 없습니다. 아침 조식은 괜찮은 수준이며 객실도 깨끗하고 전반적인 서비스 수준은 좋습니다. 근처에 식당가는 없으나 편의점은 바로 옆에 있습니다. 인터넷은 고속 Wifi는 유료이나 호텔 멤버십에 가입하면 일반 Wifi는 무료로 사용 가능. 한국 기준으로 무료 WIfi는 느립니다.

I was under a lot of stress during this journey. Family medical issues Your staff were amazing. Kind, friendly and sincerely genuine. It made a difficult trip, so much easier I’ll be back.

Stayed at the hotel before. This time I had a really nice 'Executive' room on the 20th Floor. Very nice. Nice bar with a good selection of drinks and food. Made use of the Gym several times on the 2nd floor. Very helpful staff especially Don Caroll who printed off a document for me. Definitely stay here again. Ideally situated for the MCG and the number 75 tram into the City.

Hotel was well presented and had a comfortable atmosphere as soon as you entered. Staff at the door were attentive(shout out to Will). Way parking and check in. Room very comfortable and relaxing. Bar and dining facilities were excellent. Dining was very pleasant and staff attentive; especially Julia , a very competent employee. Thank you all so much

Nice and close to the MCG!

Check-in took forever as it was a busy time and they only had 2 staff available. We had a 3 night stay byt our room was only cleaned on one of those days. To be fair we could have had a clean at 5pm on one of those days but we had been out all day and arrived back just when the cleaner was about to get to us. I asked her for new towels but said not to bother with the tidy, as we wanted to relax in our room. Room service was good and hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for concerts and sporting events.

The temperature of the air conditioning was too cold.

Old building equals old pool. Spa is not useable / in a state of disrepair. Therefore much better value elsewhere for families who like swimming
