Only one night after a long flight. Staff was great to check us in early, quiet clean room. Bathroom had some places of improving the cleanliness but overall great.

Beautiful room with great views of the lake. Access to the hotel was tricky due to construction. Reasonably located and close to Canberra attractions like the City Center, walking paths, and parliament building.
After staying at a similar class hotel in Sydney we suddenly found our breakfast options to be severely limited. We realized that they do not make Omelettes!!!

Stayed for two nights. Thought it had a sauna and pool as I looked it up and nothing. Car park was full so had to park 3 min walk away for the price of the room should have been included. Room was near the lift so noisy could hear people coming and going. The bathroom had no fan so was steamy after every shower. Bed was made but did not receive fresh towels or body lotion. The wine glasses and coffee mugs were not cleaned and no coffee pod refill. For $700 for two nights I expected much more not worth the money!!! Room needs upgrading as it was out dated.

The Hotel was very nice, good location and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately we were put in a room next to the lifts which was quite noisy. Our TV also did not work. The food in the restaurant was quite bland and found the pillows quite uncomfortable.

This hotel used to be go to hotel in Canberra, but it not as good as it used to be. The rooms are looking a bit tired - but the bed was still very comfortable.

Love QT hotels, I was a little disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness - mildew around the sink.
The property is aged but overall a great stay, suuuuuuper comfortable bed, fantastic service, and great location!

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and view perfect.
Unfortunately we were put next to the lift and the noise it made going up and down all evening and then again at around 4am was not great. We were also put in a room with adjoining door ( thin as, no sound barrier) and could hear everything that the person next door was saying and doing. Not much rest was had.
If you were after a peaceful relaxing stay it’s def not the place. If you can put up with a bit of noise then may be place for you.

was an awesome stay, we loved all of it. Short walk to the museum and various places to eat. The staff were all so lovely. Breakfast was very good. The mattress and pillows were so comfy I had to check the pillow label before we left, slept like a baby both nights!

We were told to go elsewhere for dining even when they had plenty of tables available. Very disappointed with the service and average overpriced food. Overrated dining.
