Great location for our needs, comfortable and clean, Would rebook if we return to Canberra

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and view perfect. Unfortunately we were put next to the lift and the noise it made going up and down all evening and then again at around 4am was not great. We were also put in a room with adjoining door ( thin as, no sound barrier) and could hear everything that the person next door was saying and doing. Not much rest was had. If you were after a peaceful relaxing stay it’s def not the place. If you can put up with a bit of noise then may be place for you.

was an awesome stay, we loved all of it. Short walk to the museum and various places to eat. The staff were all so lovely. Breakfast was very good. The mattress and pillows were so comfy I had to check the pillow label before we left, slept like a baby both nights!

We were told to go elsewhere for dining even when they had plenty of tables available. Very disappointed with the service and average overpriced food. Overrated dining.

Outside infrastructure works in progress a frustration to all. Staff very good and well located.

Great stay

Hotel was great, staff were great only downside was a lot of what was on the menu was not available on the evening.

The restaurant was terrific

Love this hotel! Sophisticated, quirky, warm with everything you could need. Excellent staff, nothing too difficult. And the restaurant is exceptional.

We had an event at the property and was good to stay in the same complex

Room was great - clean and good-sized, and the bed was comfortable. The bar downstairs was nice to have some drinks in after a long day. The location of the hotel is good and walkable to some good restaurants. A bit of construction going on outside which can't be helped and will hopefully finish up soon.

Restaurant closed on a Sunday Night. Bar staff extremely disengaged. Room was serviced quite late one day during our stay even though we left the room prior to 9am and did not return until late afternoon

Very modern and well equipped room. Hotel itself and bar and restaurant were decorated very stylishly

I’ve stayed at the QT before and can say the standard has definitely dropped. The room was ok but looked a bit tired. The mini bar glass shelves were sloping and we found a bottle on the floor when we arrived! Hopefully it will be fixed as we informed reception. Cleaning staff could be a bit more attentive to the products that need replenishing - we got given one small tube of lotion for 2 people for 2 days. Was not replenished. Shouldn’t have to ask! The breakfast was very ordinary. Definitely a step down from a couple of years ago. Needs a bit of TLC. Also better instructions should be given for access with current road works.

Lovely area of Canberra to stay, easy access off Parkes way, as London Cct is currently getting work done. Lovely view from the Balcony and beautiful weather for the weekend was amazing. Bathroom was a little dirty in the harder to reach places like the corners of the shower. Bathroom was a little cramped with the toilet hard against the wall and the roll holder being leg height. Room was generally clean except for a spider that was squashed onto the ceiling of the room. Overall, great place to stay and lobely accommodation.
