The staff went above and beyond for my night there for my 40th birthday the ocean room was amazing and hands down the best buffet breakfast I have ever had I would highly recommend QT for your stay on the Gold coast

We loved everything about this hotel, the decor is fun, the hotel is clean and comfortable. It ticked all our boxes - 2 queen comfy beds in one room with fresh clean linen met our needs. The pool was inviting and the spa was set at the perfect temperature. We were on the 15th floor and had great views of the city, only downside balcony not accessible door were zip tied shut. It would have been lovely to have had access for fresh air. There’s a lot of construction in the area, the noise didn’t affect us as we were mostly out and about.Highly recommended.

I was told upon check in that I the property has s blocked access to all room balconies… yet still had to pay full price. I was not informed prior to staying, has I been informed I would have booked somewhere else. I won’t stay at the QT again.

I specifically booked there so we had a balcony/ocean view, and paid decent money to do so. We were told upon arrival that all balconies were locked due to maintenance. We got 2x standard drink vouchers for the inconvenience. I expect better from a hotel that’s meant to be quality.
