Arrived late and were greeted with some complimentary drink vouchers (for my birthday). We were given a room on a high floor with a great view over the city (and a peek of the water, from the balcony). The bed was a huge King bed and very comfortable. The amenities were great and the room was large and spacious. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Given the price point, was disappointed in the overall condition of the place, not even a free bottle of water in the room and some of the amenities on offer were heavily over priced ($40 for a marathon pack that had berries and yogurt).

The hotel itself is affordable, good location and good for a short stay. The staff were not transparent when it came to costs however. They stated they would ‘get us an ocean view room’ instead of a city view, implying an upgrade at their cost and kindness which we were delighted to hear. Only to be advised that we had to pay over a hundred dollars to be upgraded at our cost. They also advised the parking was $30 per night, only to be charged $35 on the second and subsequent nights. As much as it was a nice enough place to stay, we will be looking elsewhere in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday, and the staff made her feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. She received such a lovely welcome, which really made her day and added a personal touch to our stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The location was convenient, and every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort. A truly 10/10 experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy parking and a tram stop right nearby, making it convenient to get around. The views over the water were beautiful. The standout feature for us was the food. We had room service one night and dined in a poolside cabana on another day, and on both occasions were extremely impressed with the quality of the meals. We would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay however the construction in and surrounding the hotel ruined the relaxing holiday vibe. It even occurred on the Saturday at 6.30am. I did not get notification that there was construction work happening by the hotel or Hotels.com and wasted a free night, and extra money on this stay unfortunately.
