This is my second time here. Very close to the beach so the walk is easy and enjoyable.
Rooms are fitted with ample lighting, heating/air conditioning and TV that I can chromcast to watch whatever I want. Free wifi for the kids. The pool/hot tub is clean and the area is beautifully presented and perfect for everyone. Bar and big screen which makes for great game nights.
Buffet breakfast was great and well worth the extra to have all the options.
Highly recommend, will stay again

A lovely resort, modern and vibrant, however our balcony was locked/inaccessible due to renovations and we were not informed of this when booking a room with a balcony.
We were also charged twice for parking.

The toilet had dirt around the hinges. In the bathroom there were areas that had accumulated dust. One of the lamps did not work, it was flickering.

We were a bit disappointed this stay at the QT, unfortunately we couldn’t even up the door to the balcony for fresh air as the doors were locked, the breakfast buffet restaurant was closed and these items were not advertised prior.

Good stay, comfortable. Windows aren't soundproof so the street noise was quite loud. Also the balcony was out of order and very disappointing to not get any forewarning. They added free breakfast as compensation, but still a bit disappointing considering we had booked ocean view.

What a great hotel. From the minute you walk in they make you feel welcome.
Room was great and very quiet, only downside was the balcony was closed off for maintenance yet I saw nothing happening.
Location was a quick walk to the beach. Bar downstairs was good as was the food.
Pool looked great I didn’t get time to try it but lots were swimming.
Nice teas, coffee pod machine. Just a great stay and well worth the money

We love the QT chain of hotels and while this one isn't the best of them, we did enjoy it. We had a lovely view of the beach, the room was well set out and clean. My only gripe is the ridiculous things you get charged for, $6 for the room service tray? This is the first I have seen of it but I don't understand what exactly I'm paying for. Next they'll charge for the plates and utensils.
