We requested twin beds and they provided us a complimentary upgrade to meet our request. We stayed for four nights and we were given two milk packets. When we asked for more milk packets after staying for two nights and the staff said they only provided milk packets when checking in. We were disappointed on this response as there was no information on this arrangement.
