Good hospitality. Very good team working here.

広さはスィートクラスの部屋で、食洗器、電子レンジ、トースター、ランドリーなどなど、使い切れませんでしたがこの料金にしては最高だと思います。部屋や受付は最高だと思います。欠点をいうならば、トラムの無料地域ではない、夜中のチェックイン方法などのやり取りが、電話、メールすべて英語で困りました、ＮＨＫの放送が受信できない、１日目はベッドメイキングされていて２日目はないというわかりにくさがありました。

Limited solar access into rooms

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Location is close to the trams on St Kilda Road as well as the new ANZAC train station. There are cafes and grocery stores within walking distance. Building is very secure, you have to use a special fob to get in the building, use the elevators, enter/exit the garage. Kitchen was equipped with plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans etc. However, 2 things that were not great: the oven and stove were gas, but there was no way to light them. There were no instructions or lighters. Microwave was on top of the full size fridge, so was hard to reach, even for me (6ft 1, 185 cm) I liked the washing machine and dryer, but only 1 packet of washing liquid was provided and not replenished even though I was there for a week. Daily housekeeping was spotty. A couple of days they never came at all. Other times, they did the bathroom and kitchen but didn’t make the bed. They provided a small pack of milk the first day for coffee, but this was also never replenished over a week’s stay. Would have preferred a pod coffee maker ( eg Nespresso) like a lot of places provide now, vs the coffee packets.

We had a very nice room it was spotless. Plenty tea, coffee.

We didn't use the laundry or kitchen, but handy if you did need it. As for the "free self parking " I had to pay for parking $25. Can I get this back ? Over all the stay was very good and we are likely to use it again

Yes very clean

There was confusion at check in even though I confirmed two days prior. I had reserved 2 rooms preferably next to each other. Other party arrived before me and given my room even though it was booked in my name . When I arrived my room was on a different floor and confusion reigned for a short while. Finally all was sorted with 2 rooms on the same floor. However, rooms were extremely clean, all amenities in kitchenette and bathroom and lounge area expansive. Balcony was welcomed and provided fresh air if required. Air con and extra wall heaters perfect for hot/cold weather however no air con or fan in bedroom but again access to balcony should you require fresh air. Parking on property ($25) and tram stop in easy walking distance. Botanic gardens across the road including the Shrine of Rememberance. Anzac Station due to open December 25 also short walk. As there are no dining options on the property a must for dining nearby is The Olive Tree (make sure you book) which is a well established dining treat. Stay was on the weekend and area was very quiet.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of room in our 1 bedroom apartment. Curtains needed a bit of TLC, but very friendly and helpful staff. Vety central for walking to different areas of the city

Very nice place near to beautiful Botanical Garden. Shops are around. Our room with a balcony didn't have a view, except for that everything was fine.

The balcony door had a visible gap in it so if there is someone smoking below or around you (which there was) the smell comes into the apartment despite the sliding door being completely shut. This also means that if it's cold or hot outside you're exposed to the outside temperature making running constant heating or cooling is a necessity. Additionally, all the towels smelled like chlorine and the bathroom doors creaked.

Old, basic and freezing personally would never use again when there are so many other options.

Spacious room and good facilities. The location was good to walk or tram to CBD. Parking was easy. Groceries available very close by.

Property amenities need a refresh (such as carpet, bathrooms, decent sound proofing) and noisy construction opposite the hotel, early in the morning. Good for a cheap and quick stay only.

The hotel was excellent. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Front desk staff was super friendly, commuincating via messenging. Room was big and comfortable
