Easy check in and great spacious room with ample room. The bathroom and shower recess were also a great addition. Loved the ability to also use the balcony.

Room was really nice, apart from the fact that it had very little natural light, being so close to the adjacent building. Shocked that both bars weren’t open every evening…and when they were, they closed at 9pm

had an amazing stay at this city property. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and in a perfect location,close to shops and everything we needed. The complimentary wine was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. I’m so grateful I booked this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient city stay.

Close enough to Darling Harbour, reasonable room - maybe a bit small… nice bar up on the roof, small restaurant area, reception staff a bit stiff but efficient.

Lovely room, useful location. Great bathrooms. Bit of a shame that the much-acclaimed rooftop bar doesn’t have any views of the city because the pool is in the way; also a bit of a lost revenue opportunity for them to only have beverages available at the rooftop pool, when the bar is open (ie from 4pm ish even on a hot saturday) But overall a good city find
