Very comfortable stay in a great location. The room was well-appointed and had everything I needed. The bathroom was a little compact, but perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The Executive Suite was great when travelling with small children as it has a partition dividing the sofa bed and the bedroom, good soundproofing and blackout curtains for naps and a bath (the bath takes a while to fill though). There’s a police station opposite so lots of police cars to keep toddlers entertained, there weren’t many sirens but you can hear them in the evening. Very prompt delivery of extra teabags. Enough room to park a pram too.

The room is full of dust and the bed is not well prepared before i get into the room, i even hv to make up my bed by my own in order to avoid touching the blanket directly

Executive room was excellent, good layout, bathtub in bathroom, sofa bed for our toddler. Checkin was little late, entered the room the cleaner is still there. Great location though! Awesome cafe crew, good food.

The hotel overall was really good. The surrounding area was a little dirty and the car park across the road linked with the hotel parking was super filthy. Also with the restaurant downstairs. The dinner was really nice. I felt that it was a bit strange having to go to the counter to order food rather than have a server take the orders at the table. Overall really. Enjoyed my stay.

Bathroom had brown splatters on the walls. Told the staff whom them told me “it’s just the way the tiles are.. “. Architrave was literally hanging off the wall. Told staff who said it was “fixed”… they just pushed it back in, not fixed. Apparently the bathroom fan is just really quiet, yet even when the room is completely quiet, you cannot hear any fan, and the bathroom fogs up quite easily. Definitely not the greatest stay.

Great hotel enjoyed my stay. Very clean and delicious food in their restaurant. Convenient location to CBD and Darling Harbour. I wanted to enjoy the heated pool, however, it was too cold.
