スタッフは親切で、頼んだことに迅速に対応して頂けました。駅近で交通の便は非常に良かったです。食事も周辺に多くのレストランがあり困ることはなかったです。

タウンホールの駅から近いので、どこに行くにも便利な立地です。部屋もコンパクトながら清潔で、バスタブは無かったですがシャワーで問題なく過ごせました。朝食を付けたのですが、美味しくてオシャレで正解でした。コストパフォーマンスが非常に良いと思います。

プリングルスを開けたら空でした。前のお客さんが蓋がした状態で置いて行ったのだとおもいます。

スリッパが品切れになっているなど、改善の余地はある。

Great stay, vibrant neighbourhood and great service in all aspects!

I requested a twin room and even contacted the hotel via Whatsapp (because they kept sending me messages via Whatsapp) and asked for a twin room but no one responded. Upon check in I asked if it was a twin room. I was asked if I had asked for a twin and I said yes. The lady said no it wasn't but she could have the beds changed by housekeeping but it probably wouldn't be until the end of the day. I said that was fine. She said "are you sure you're ok with that?" I asked what the alternative was. She said that housekeeping could change the beds, but that they were "very busy". I said didn't I just say that I wanted the beds changing? The lady seemed very confused and in the end my friend had to literally say "yes we want the double bed changing to twin beds". There's also no water in the room free of charge and despite a water dispenser being stated as one of the hotel amenities there is no water dispenser. The roof top pool area is VERY small and the pool water was awful to be honest. Very murky and had an oil film on top of the water. Clientele also very questionable and not a good vibe at all - which is ironic considering the hotel name!

Good experience with courteous staff on the front desk. Room was well appointed, clean with large comfortable bed and it was quiet at night with minimal noise from inside hotel or from outside. Very happy with bathroom as large rain head was well above normal head height. Will stay again.

Easy check in and great spacious room with ample room. The bathroom and shower recess were also a great addition. Loved the ability to also use the balcony.

Staff were really friendly

Room was really nice, apart from the fact that it had very little natural light, being so close to the adjacent building. Shocked that both bars weren’t open every evening…and when they were, they closed at 9pm

had an amazing stay at this city property. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and in a perfect location,close to shops and everything we needed. The complimentary wine was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. I’m so grateful I booked this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient city stay.
