This hotel is in a great location on a pedestrian street. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are above average size as per European standards. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Located in historic area. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

WOW! WOW! WOW! This was truly an incredible FIND! The location was perfect, as was our room! The hotel and staff were great. When you exit the hotel you can walk a few steps to the right and be in the heart of Old Town (Grand Palace). If you venture to your left, you begin to explore the wonderful neighborhoods with great restaurants, bars and so much more! All the tours we took gathered at the train station which is an easy walk from the hotel. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Brussels again. We both truly fell in love with the city and this hotel.

The hotel itself along with the staff are excellent. Nicely located near Grand Place with 100's of food and shopping options, including grocery stores and CHOCOLATE! The staff were all phenomenal, from the concierge/front desk greeting us thr first morning to the housekeeping and breakfast staff. The only thing I dinged the amenities for was that there unfortunately was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room which made getting food all at once not practical to limit the number of trips out for snacks/drinks. Other than that, would very higly recommend and stay here again.

Although advertised as a boutique hotel, this hotel was merely small. Very airport hotel vibe. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The only useable charging port was near the door by the baseboard. A decent place to stay if no expectation of character

À Quick one night stay as I was flying home from Brussels International. The young lady who checked me in was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, plus was fluent in five languages. The hotel was nice, rooms spacious and location perfect.
