Alma Grand Place Hotel

It is clean and in a great location to see the main landmarks in Brussels. No extra perks. No fancy entry. Just a decent room.

Property was perfect. Everything that I requested in a room was perfect. Very clean.

Great location and decent rooms. As it was during a heatwave the a/c struggled a bit and would have been nice to have a mini fridge but otherwise good.

I have to take a minute to tell you all about the stuff at this hotel. They were more than welcoming. Emanuela just wanted to show us everything and make sure we had everything we needed. I’ve never seen anyone go through a time and effort that she did to make sure we were totally taken care of. I loved her. And in the morning, Sarah, she was the same. Help us with our bikes and luggage. Made sure I had a good route out on the bike, which is so difficult in Brussels, and was just so charming and genuine. Having a stuff like this speaks very loudly for the hotel. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the size of the elevator so I chose the stairs. Breakfast was OK. It was a typical European breakfast, but did not have very much on a fresh side. But everything else is good and it was very clean. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

The location of this hotel can't be better to visit Brusels. Really!

Great location , really friendly and helpful staff, only problem was our ac was broken in one room and never got fixed or attempted to fix it, we were there for 4 days. Other then that very nice and spacious rooms

The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The AC in one of our rooms was not working and they came up with multiple solutions that pleased all parties. The front desk was very helpful with everything

Air conditioning in one room didnt work and they upgraded to a different room with no fuss. Very helpful staff.

This hotel is well located a few minutes walk away from Grand Place and central station. Our twin room was quiet, comfy beds, a good shower and Rituals shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and lotion. Breakfast was good for what we wanted - plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt , pastries ,meats and cheeses- we didn't try the hot options. The breakfast room never felt busy on any of the 4 mornings we used it, unlike many hotels. My only small niggle is that when we used the shower, water escaped everywhere, so had to dry the floor. Staff were friendly and there is secure luggage srorage Overall, I would recommend.

Great hotel close to Grand Place. Good size room with everting you need except fridge/mini bar. There was a communal fridge in the reseption. Great staff, they where very helpful

I guess you get what you pay for but what a joke of an establishment. No AC and no refund offered or given when requested. I was told that my room was "upgraded" but that is because the hotel was overbooked and they had no other rooms left. It is baffling that maintenance was not even called to deal with the AC issue. You don't offer something and then not give a reimbursement when said offer is not given. The room was basic and not very clean. Avoid.

As always a great stay at Alma. Kind staff and a big, light room. Hope to have 205 next time as well. The breakfast very good as always. I will return.

An excellent stay in a perfectly situated hotel to see the highlights of Brussels. The staff were very helpful although there were a couple of times where the language barrier was lost in translation so to speak. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable after a long day sightseeing. The breakfast was lovely with ample choice and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so good.

The hotel lobby and our room were very clean and nicely appointed. The receptionists were are helpful in suggesting sightseeing and dining tips. The location was excellent with the Grand Place nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Our friends had a room close to ours which made it convenient.
