Staff was very nice

The room was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the concierge.

The interior just looks like in a castle. Very nice interior, big rooms, lovely staff and the hotel is near everything.

We started out in a beautiful room. And then the problems began. 1. Our toilet was running nonstop so we asked for Maintenance to come and fix it which they did. 2. The temperature in our room was uncomfortably warm at 73°F and we ask them to help us adjust the thermostat. They told us that it would cool down and to give it some time. We waited several hours and the temperature only climbed to 75°F. 3. We were on a non-smoking floor and our room began to fill with a very strong cigarette smoke smell. We finally asked management to move us to a new room which they did. Unfortunately, they downgraded us to a very dirty room that needed renovating. The carpets were filthy and the room was in great need of upgrading and improvement. And amazingly the room was equally as hot. When we called the front desk we were then offered a fan which we declined due to the noise. And finally we were told to open our windows as it might take hours for the system to cool down, which brought City noise in into the early hours of the morning. Sadly it was an exhausting night. We had no desire for an upgrade, but we should’ve at least been extended the same level of room we had paid for which had recently been renovated and was lovely. It’s unfortunate that circumstances beyond our control forced us into a downgraded room. If we return to Brussels, we most likely will not return to this hotel.

Very nice hotel. The ambiance from the inside is excellent. You think you are in a small.castle. wood, lights and chimney everywhere. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine, not too many choices but is above the average of what you will expect. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Just a walking distance from the grande place.

Was really well located to enjoy the old centre and Christmas events. Walkable and enjoyed the area. The room was a bit dated, broken lights and pictures, dings on furniture but I'm sure it was nice when it was new. The lobby was really nice and welcoming. Really close to the train station for any days trips you might need. Good option for a central hotel.

Every things was great. The location, the parking lot of the hôtel, the staff and the room. Excellent place to discover Bruxelles.

Great location and very elegant. Was central to shopping and the Christmas markets. Air conditioning did not work well enough to provide any air circulation. Only issue was that I had reserved a room with canal view and overlooked the street (I didn’t recall the reservation until after I checked out). I would stay there again.
