Very nice location and hotel! It gives you a warm welcome feeling with its scents. Beautiful room and helpful staff. Very easy to walk to most of the places to visit and super close to the central station!

Super close to Brussels Central Station and Grand Plaza, only a 5 minute walk to both, very convenient! Carrefour near by, and lots of shops and restaurants, basically all the places you need to visit in Brussels are just around the corner. Rooms are clean with comfortable bed, awesome breakfast with plenty of selections, you can even order fresh eggs! Staff are also very helpful and nice! Overall I give very high compliments to this hotel! Highly recommend!

It’s a nice hotel, the only thing is that the sound-proofing is quite bad, I heard many noise from outside. The shower needs to be adjusted for some time, but overall it’s pretty nice hotel

Super close to Brussels Central Station and Grand Plaza, only a 5 minute walk to both, very convenient! We were only here sadly for one night, because the location is ideal right in the heart of where you want to be, and the hotel itself is wonderful. We loved the roof top bar (although I hope there sort out their coffee machine -) and used it twice. The views from there are fantastic, not to be missed on the 6th floor. Our room was equally great and the breakfast one of the best of our European tour. Highly recommended and hope we can come back some time.

Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to many attractions. I would like to express my gratitude to David the concierge, after check out i asked him to book a taxi to Brussels-Midi station, but he informed me that due to a demonstration, traffic was so bad i probably would not make my train back to the UK. So he he carried my bags at least 500 metres to Brussels Central and put me on the correct platform to catch a train to Brussels-Midi. i arrived in plenty of time to catch my train.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a minutes walk from the Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance from Brussels Central train station.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We had a few rainy days, so found it very convenient to have an internal passage to Chutneys restaurant.

女性１人で5泊しました。ドアにチェーンが付いていなかったのがとても気になりました。
手持ちのシャワーが横漏れしていて役にたちませんでした。この状態で浴槽の掃除は出来るのか？と思いました。部屋にあったアイロンをお借りしたのですが、アイロンの接着面が汚れてて使い物になりませんでした。４つ星ホテルにしては設備がイマイチでした。駅がら近かったので利便性は良かったのですが。

Beautiful hotel. We got a fabulous room with a sitting area. Location is ideal - everything is walkable. Only one problem departing - the concierge was not helpful in calling us a cab.

The property is a bit dated. The bathroom in particular...the shower/tub is a bit dangerous...too high to step out and onto the floor. Tub is very narrow and not comfortable to stand in as your feet are not flat on the bottom of the tub. The water pressure is very low as is the placement of the shower head. So, at 6'2", I had to duck my head to get the water on my head and stand awkwardly to shower.
