Great location with a short walk from both the Grand Place, which is the heart of Brussels and from Brussels Central station. The hotel has a classy appearance and the lobby and communal facilities are impressive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, room and bed were comfortable.

C My only complaint was the cleaning of the rm took about 8 hrs because I complained; otherwise, those people, 2 of them, were right there probably would have taken them longer to get to my rm.

The hotel is a great spot for a stop over in Brussels. The location could not be better. It is central to all the main sights in the historic area and also is just around the corner from the Brussels Central train station. Everything is an easy walk, including food, shopping, sights and travel. The lobby is lovely and comfortable. Our room was nothing exciting, but it was very comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and great ac. The view from the rooftop bar/restaurant is a must-see, whether you order something or just go up to see the sunset. It’s really lovely. We were very pleased with our stay and would return.

The Warwick was a beautiful hotel located near cafes and a short walk to the Grand Plaza. Our room was large with two televisions and a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with great soft pillows. The staff was amazing.. very accommodating. I will definitely return.

Bartender at rooftop patio was very rude. Called front desk and asked for a corkscrew to open our wine. After a person brought up a bottle opener, she offered to take our bottle down to room service to open it. I agreed. When she came back I thanked her, she replied harshly that this was not her job and in the future I will have to open it myself.

Rooms are neat, very standard and well maintained. Although pricey, its value for money. It has a decent amount of space and allows for comfort. Hopefully you get a room facing the city. I will recommend this place any day.
