Minha experiência no Hotel foi incrível e, com toda certeza, me hospedarei lá quando visitar a Cidade novamente. A equipe é muito atenciosa, os quartos são super confortáveis e o café da manhã é bem completo. Excelente localização, permitindo que o turista visite vários pontos turísticos a pé. Um agradecimento especial ao João, auditor do Hotel, que foi super solícito em me ajudar, quando precisei mudar de quarto devido a um pequeno imprevisto relacionado à eletricidade. The hotel is fine as long as you only plan to use it as a place to sleep. HCP is an old hotel and unfortunately it shows in the outdated and rundown look of the place. The breakfast is plentiful and flavor-wise, I would rank it as edible. Again, it's fine if you are the kind of person that doesn't spend a lot of time in your room. I am that kind of person but, having said that, I would not choose to stay there again.

Nós colocaram num quarto que a descarga do banheiro não funcionou. Depois de insistir, nos mudaram para um outro quarto, em condições precárias, velho, tudo quebrado, paredes remendadas, sem tomada funcionando, todo deteriorado. Elevador velho e funciona precariamente. Na saída ontem à tarde, esqueci meu fone de ouvido no quarto. Quando hoje liguei atrás, disseram que não foi encontrado. Esse pra nunca mais. Não recomendo.

Quando pedimos toalha pra tomar banho nos deram uma toalha de rosto e um tapetinho por falta de toalha e o quarto estava bem ruim de higienização: chão grudando, lençol manchado, cheiro forte.

não havia toalhas no quarto, e quando ligamos para a recepção disseram que a lavanderia não havia entregado ainda, mas encontramos uma camareira no corredor e a mesma tinha em seu carrinho. no banheiro havia uns bichos que não soube identificar andando pelos rolos de papel higiênico. a area é muito boa pela manha e tarde, ja no período da noite, ha muita prostituição ao redor do hotel.
