Issue #1 - The first room they provided had zero view of pool, ocean or even a coconut tree … our view was the side of the adjacent building and the parking van lot in the building furthest away from pool and beach … they did relocate us to a ocean view room in the building closest tot the beach which we appreciated. Issue #2 - the room key access panel had issues … we had to “recharge” the room key 7 times in the first 2 of 3 days of our stay … they eventually replaced the door lock at the end of the 2nd day of our stay Issue #3 - the booking room photos showed a kitchenette how zero utensils, dishware, or cookware were provided or available … no microwave … we are very disappointed we could not even make some coffee or toast .

Nice swimming pools, great area. Rooms ok but a bit deteriorated, nothing even close to the pictures showed in Expedia. Breakfast could be better, service is terrible, towels are bad and full of stain. Doesnt worth the money.

Very disappointed. They down grade our room without telling us. impossible to communicate. Very far and expensive to go to twon. Room does not have some necessary staff like chair, sofa and such. Over charged us for 2 days because they fail to make the change in the time they allowed. Over all very disappointed.

Hotel decadente. Estrutura precisando de reforma urgente, precisamos trocar de apto pq a fechadura da porta não funcionava, em seguida fomos surpreendidos por hóspedes entrando no nosso quarto com o cartão com mesmo número de quarto, demoram de repor alimentos no café da manhã e na janta, janta sem café porque as máquinas de café estavam quebradas, chaves desprogramavam sozinhas e ficava esperando 30 minutos, aguardando um único técnico p/ vim abrir o apto. Enfim, não volto mais.

A qualidade do café da manhã poderia ser bem melhor, considerando o preço da diária. Vale comparar (benchmark) com outros hotéis similares em Porto de Galinhas. A mercearia que vende produtos na entrada estava com problema de ar condicionado faz algum, sem uma solução definitiva. No checkout pediram para eu ir ao restaurante para pegar a nota fiscal, no que me recusei. O pessoal não computava os gastos com o Frigobar , eu tive que buscar na memória o consumo de todos os dias da estadia. Finalmente, não recebi uma nota fiscal ou RPS da estadia, disseram que isto seria responsabilidade da agência. Algo novo para mim, que sempre viajo a trabalho. Enfim, não me cabe voltar.

Bom hotel. Para considerar Resort precisam melhor. Na suíte não havia sinal de Internet, foi resolvido após solicitado, com instalação de um roteador. Tínhamos água mineral na geladeira, mas não havia copos. Toalhas de banho e rosto bem desgastas(muito tempo de uso).
