Overall good. The pools were huge and great for kids. Breakfast is very good. They really need to fix the roads to the hotel. With all the resorts, I couldn’t believe how bad the roads are.

Nice swimming pools, great area. Rooms ok but a bit deteriorated, nothing even close to the pictures showed in Expedia. Breakfast could be better, service is terrible, towels are bad and full of stain. Doesnt worth the money.

The hotel is a bit remote for our family. Porto de Galinhas is a 10 minute taxi ride away, which offers some casual dining options. The hotel has one restaurant which was fair.

Very disappointed. They down grade our room without telling us. impossible to communicate. Very far and expensive to go to twon. Room does not have some necessary staff like chair, sofa and such. Over charged us for 2 days because they fail to make the change in the time they allowed. Over all very disappointed.

Bom hotel. Para considerar Resort precisam melhor.
Na suíte não havia sinal de Internet, foi resolvido após solicitado, com instalação de um roteador.
Tínhamos água mineral na geladeira, mas não havia copos.
Toalhas de banho e rosto bem desgastas(muito tempo de uso).

Minha estadia foi de razoável para ruim, apartamento oferecia cozinha que não possuía nenhum utensílio (prato, garfo, panela), sala que não tem televisão, unica coisa que usei foi o quarto, porta do banheiro lotada de formiga, passei o tempo todo matando formigas (grandes), uma geladeira que não tinha como usar, pois estava lotada de produtos para serem vendidos, o condomínio na sua parte externa era bonito, piscinas bonitas, mas o café da manhã também não agradou, a praia de Muro Alto sem comentários muito bonita.

Esperava mais da estadia, a TV não funcionava porque só pegava com Wi-Fi e este não funcionava de maneira nenhuma. Paguei meia pensão mas me arrependi, o buffet do jantar não era bom, poucas opções.

Pagamos um valor alto para estar em um "hotel resort" e foi uma total decepção com esse hotel.
Muitos quartos são particulares alugados em sites terceiros, o hotel está todo mofado, o banheiro vazando água, café da manhã básico (inclusive fiquei hotéis mais baratos no centro de Porto de Galinhas com café da manhã bem melhor).
A piscina estava lotada e as crianças pulavam de um lado pro outro e ninguém fazia nada.
Enfim, não vale ficar nunca nesse lugar, procure outro que será melhor para você.

Não foi legal minha estadia. Fiquei no terceiro andar, elevador quebrado, sem telefone no quarto, sem shampoo, frigobar sem comida e sem agua. Solicitei edredom a tarde e só entregaram a noite quando pedi novamente.

Já sou cliente do Marulhos, e adoro o local, o que me chamou a atenção foi o mau estado de conservação do hotel. Armário danificado, uma aparência de descaso, o bar da praia desativado fedendo a mofo, sinais claros de má gestão do patrimônio. O restaurante não poderia ficar de fora, apesar do atendimento excelente da funcionária, a qualidade e quantidade dos alimentos deixou muito a desejar. Espero que melhore logo, pois o lugar é maravilhoso, muito lindo mesmo, já foi o melhor Resort da região, mas está precisando de uma manutenção urgente para recuperar sua qualidade
