Not a 5 star feel at all. Hotel and room feel dated, no complementary water, gym opens at 9:00am on the weekends,

I stayed there for just one night. I didn't use a lot of the amenities but the free drink they offer us at the bar when we arrived was not good. And the server was kind of not attentive or kind when she notice we were only getting our free drinks. If the drinks was good and the service we would eat something and drink more.

We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our honeymoon and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating! I mentioned that it was our honeymoon during our travel confirmation and they surprised us with a really thoughtful gift and card that we will forever cherish. We were pretty tired from the long travel so we ordered room service and it was exquisite! The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel is in a great area! I highly recommend Melia Brasil 21!

Rooms were very clean, stafd very respectful.

I had a suite that was spacious and clean. The staff is remarkable, especially Robert and Thais in the Level Lounge. Hotel is convenient to just about anything anyone would need.

Excellent hotel. Things works as they should. The breakfast seems amazing, unfortunately I lost it due to early flight

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless throughout my visit. The location was perfect, with easy and convenient parking, and close to everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and breakfast was a real highlight with a great variety of high-quality options.

Standard business hotel. Interior needs refreshing. Breakfast buffet standard, coffee was terrible. Staff very pleasant and efficient.

Amazing stay! This hotel has the best shower I’ve ever had! The service is great and it’s in a perfect location. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Good option in Brasilia.

First I’d like to say that the staff was amazing mainly a guy named Roger at the reception who helped us all the way during our stay. He was gentle , efficient , polite; a pleasure to deal with . The location of the hotel was good and made it easy to move around. You definitely need a car in this city. The property itself is not noisy , but the surrounding bars make a lot of noise and it seems nobody cares about it ; it takes time to fall asleep . The property is getting dated and needs renovation. Initially we were placed in a not very nice room , but after I discussed with front desk about the state of the room we were moved to a better room although the room’s floor was really dusty and walking bare feet was not good . The hotel apologized about the room being not satisfactory and sent us a beautiful basket with fruit and champagne which was very kind and we did appreciate it . The king suite Junior level gives you access to a private lounge where we can get the check in done, also breakfast in a more exclusive environment and some snacks and beverages during the day which was nice. I think that the staff made our stay worthwhile because the hotel was lacking. The restaurant was good and so it was the gym , although both are not run by the hotel . Parking was a bit of a challenge as the parking ticket did not worked properly to open the barrier to allow us to get out; although the service is offered by the hotel at a cost , it is outsourced like the gym and restaurant.

Overrated. The property is under renovation and during the day, the noise in the room is unbearable. The room was dated and the shower was rather unpleasant. Service is understaffed over the weekends, room cleaning was minimal (with indulgence) and bar staff is overwhelmed with only few customers. The gym was nice, the pool to be avoided. Massage was fantastic tho provided by a third party. Many thanks to the lounge team. Will not return or recommend. Needs a lot of work both on the property and management.
