A Dream Getaway at Ocean Palace Resort! I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Ocean Palace Resort in Natal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra. The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day. One of the highlights of our trip was getting our photos taken with Viva Photos—they were incredible! The team was professional, creative, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or explore the vibrant culture of Natal, Ocean Palace is the perfect base. This place exceeded all expectations—we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable escape in Brazil!

Terrible service.

Quarto antigo. Ar condicionado não esfriava o quarto. Comida servida MUITO ruim. Destaques positivos são atendimento e serviço do bar. O resto não espere um padrão 5 estrelas que não é.

Staff was very attentive and polite. The property itself is beautiful. Right on the beach with amazing views. Everything is close enough for a Uber ride. Will definitely visit this place again and again...👍👍

Everything was ok but at the hotel so few people speak in English! It’s a problem because also when you are at restaurant waiters don’t speak English. The facility are ok . The hotel has a good beach and good piscinas!

Good stop over spot - Hotel’s a bit aged so I wouldn’t stay there for long. The buggy tours are amazing so worth doing if you are there.

Great hotel being battered by the constant wind. They work hard to keep it looking good. Staff great. Breakfast chaos and noisy.wifi patchy and slow in rooms.

No wifi, massive amounts of black mold throughout the hotel, and the rooms are quite outdated.

Muito bom para crianças, bebidas muito boas e geladas e sem contar que o buffet é maravilhoso.

Quartos limpos impecáveis, equipe comprometida em nos deixar o mais a vontade possível! A variedade do cardápio não deixou a desejar e detalhe que não posso deixar de falar, os drinks perfeitos e cervejas geladinha. Nota mil pra esse hotel

As áreas externas do resort são boas, ótimas piscinas e bares para todo lado. As opções de comidas não são tão amplas quanto em outros resorts que já ficamos, mas são aceitáveis. Já as bebidas tem bastante variedades. A praia na frente não é própria para banho pois o mar é muito agitado e os guarda-vidas não indicam entrar na água se a maré não estiver baixa. O que realmente desagradou foi o banheiro com cheiro de barata (matamos uma andando pelo chão rs). No último dia solicitei para repor água no frigobar umas 20:00h e depois de 1 hora e meia sem retorno acabei descendo até o saguão para pegar. O funcionário nos acordou por volta das 22:30h com as águas. Um outro fato isolado que ocorreu nesse dia foi que um hospede bebeu demais e acordou todo o andar de madrugada "berrando" pelos corredores rsrs. Enfim, pelo valor cobrado (cerca de R$1.800,00/dia) achamos que a experiência em geral poderia ter sido melhor. Já ficamos em resorts com diária até mais barata e tivemos uma experiência melhor.

Equipe de garçons muito gentis e cuidadosos. ALL inclusive de verdade com produtos das melhores qualidades. Cada jantar temático melhor que o outro, fora o buffet e suas variedades.Estrutura ótima, já queremos voltar.
