Staff are amazing

A estrutura do hotel em si é boa, com áreas comuns bem cuidadas e agradáveis. No entanto, os quartos deixam a desejar — são bastante simples, lembrando um padrão de hotel como um Ibis, sem nada de especial. No geral, o estilo do resort é bem comum. Para o nosso perfil, que valoriza um atendimento mais personalizado e experiências mais exclusivas, não compensou. Nos hospedamos por duas diárias apenas pela praticidade de estar mais próximo ao aeroporto de Natal, já que estávamos em Pipa anteriormente. A ideia era descansar, sem sair do hotel, antes da volta. Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência muito negativa. Fomos abordados com a promessa de uma tábua de frios, espumante e um atendimento diferenciado. Aceitamos — e foi um erro. Fomos levados no horário do pôr do sol para uma apresentação de venda de clube de férias. Passamos cerca de 2 horas nisso, com troca de três atendentes diferentes, repetindo as mesmas informações várias vezes (de onde somos, quanto viajamos, quanto gastamos, etc.). Perdemos o pôr do sol e, junto com ele, qualquer vontade de retornar ao hotel. Importante deixar claro: não recebemos a tábua de frios, nem o espumante, nem qualquer um dos itens que foram prometidos. E a questão aqui não é sobre “ganhar ou não ganhar” — isso não faz diferença para nós. O problema é a falta de transparência e respeito com o hóspede. Prometer algo apenas para conduzir a uma abordagem comercial é, no mínimo, desrespeitoso. Entendemos que esse tipo de abordagem faz parte

Not enough chairs in the swimming pool. If you arrive after 7am you will not find a chair that is not reserved.

A disponibilidade de pratos ofertados no bar da piscina e no restaurante do lobby deixou a desejar, vários opções em falta. O serviço também se mostrou demorado.

Maravilhoso, só precisam modernizar os quartos, está ficando velho, mas o restante compensa por enquanto...

Decent hotel for people traveling with children that also speak Portuguese. Would not recommend if your children do not speak Portuguese.

Staff was very friendly and ready to assist when needed. An enjoyable time time for me an my family.

Great hotel.

Since my arrival at the lobby, the staff was super friendly, kind, and helpful, all the way until the day of my departure—5 stars for everyone. It was an excellent decision to have chosen Wish Hotel.

The resort is excellent. The areas are very clean and pretty. The people are very friendly. The only bad thing is that the pool closes at 6 pm. There is no way to enjoy it because the travel packages to the beaches around arrive at 6 pm or later. There is no way to enjoy the pool.

Very clean. Friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely loved the pool, the lobby, the balcony from our room! I found the room big with a hot shower, safe and 2 large beds, large TV. My husband would say the room needed a slight redo in paint, and a bit of cleaning (front door had hand prints, AC vent had chipped paint) etc and I can say I don't disagree. All in all the room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly even to us NY'ers struggling to speak Portuguse. The pool staff, buffet staff, lobby staff were all so friendly. Only gripe for me was: the unavailability of quick sandwiches, salads, etc. Maybe being americans we are used to that... To pick up a quick lunch for the room to enjoy without the formality was almost impossible. You have to go through room service (which is great don't get me wrong, but for every day it's too formal), the buffet or the malta &/or pool service. Room service didn't work for us with the QR code so we had to keep going down to order. They have the room in this expansive resort, would be nice to just grab a drink, sandwich, coffee, or sandwich (for those traveling w/ kids) to go. The resort is about a 10 minute taxi ride at least from the main shopping, eating out area. So, although great that it's far away the convince of quick meals to go wasn't offered. And that is tough for families used to being able to grab a quick bit without room service. But a wonderful stay and lovely resort! We stayed for 8 days. From NY USA. Long flight to get here!!

Very nice accommodations. Good, basic breakfast. Clean. The elevator key system malfunctioned three times during my stay.

Love the ocean view rooms but hotel need upgrading. I don't think I'll be back to that hotel

The stay was very good. We were upgraded to a larger suite with a balcony and water view which was very nice. The room itself was not properly cleaned when we arrived which was disappointing but to avoid further delays I did not communicate this to the front desk so I have to be transparent about that. We found open water bottles in the mini bar and candy wrappers under the bed as well as the toilet being dirty in the bathroom. Other than that the room was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another thing we did not like was that the sliding door to the balcony did not close properly. Even when locked there was a gap between the doors so if someone on the outside wanted to open the door they could easily slip something between the doors and unlatch the lock so every night we were tying the door latch with string so that it could not be slipped open. The hotel itself was very safe and we didn’t feel unsafe at any point, but you can never be too careful and we felt this was disappointing in terms of personal safety in the room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. The pool was very clean and pleasant to use, the buffet breakfast and dinner were SO delicious and we always found something new to try every morning and night. The buffet area was kept incredibly clean with consistent supervision from staff. We also utilized the spa and had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay despite the downsides I described.

Hotel is very family friendly. Customer service was excellent from the moment you check in. Food had a variety of selections from Breakfast, Lunch, to Dinner. Hotel is beachfront and the views are spectacular.
