Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They even upgraded our room to a suite, which was greatly appreciated. The inclusive breakfast was great with a good variety of options. We also had dinner in the restaurant on our first night, which was delicious with good portion. Location was great, a stone throw away from the Royal Palace and river. The only thing is that they gave us two cards, one to open the room and the other for electricity. The one for electricity didn't work and shut it off after ca 10 seconds. Even though we reported that it didn’t work to the reception, they just said it's only for electricity so a bit of communication gap there. In the end we just used the key card meant to open the room for electricity. Also, one thing to note is that they take $100 deposit by cash upon check in, which is a bit unusual since it's normally done by card in other hotels we stayed in.

Really enjoyed the stylish "Khmer" decor and rooms. Lots of lush greenery and gardens , especially around the pool area. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Location was fantastic . Short walk to river, palace and not far from market.

The hotel location is perfect, very walkable to the river and right next to the palace. Very friendly and professional staff and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool is very relaxing and the quality of pool food is excellent as is the breakfast buffet. Excellent gym facilities. The roof top bar is very nice with attentive staff and quality food and drink. I would give it 5 stars I'm sure, if I hadn't have been given a room on the 3rd floor directly under the rooftop bar, which closes at 11pm and then furniture and clean up went on until past 1am. The hotel did move me after the first night, to another room, but also on the 3rd floor, as apparently they were fully booked. This was no better, and after 3 nights of interrupted sleep I can only give a 3 star review on a personal level.

The whole experience was fantastic! The staff, the room, the service, the food, and the location made our stay memorable. Although the hotel is in the city right by the Palace, it felt like we were in a beautiful resort outside a city. The only improvement opportunity we can provide would be about the entrance where guests come in for checking in and choking out. The entrance is not appealing. We got off on the street literally no hotel designated entry way for cars or for guests. The street right by the door was dirty and smelly. We were actually scared of entering the hotel. We wondered what we should expect from the inside based on what we experienced at entry point. However, once we got in, inside the hotel starting from the reception area did not let us down. The breakfast buffet was great with a good variety of choices. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the poolside we incredible appealing and you don’t want to leave the hotel.

Right next door to the royal palace this is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is the highlight and centrepiece - an oasis. The rooms are large and comfortable - likewise the bed was large and amazingly comfortable. Pillow options available although we felt what we had was already good for us.

O hotel está localizado bem próximo ao Palácio Real e conta com uma excelente estrutura, tanto do ponto de vista das instalações - com um piscina maravilhosa - quanto em relação à qualidade da comida. Além disso, é possível se comunicar em inglês com os funcionários da recepção sem maiores problemas. O único ponto negativo é o serviço no café da manhã porque efetivamente não se consegue relaxar, já que a equipe nos interrompe inúmeras vezes para retirar pratos e talheres das mesas. Não fosse isso, teria sido perfeito. De todo modo, recomendo o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar sem sombra de dúvidas.

Everything is easy access , The hotel car service prices is not consistent We have to barter for discount eg, it meant to be $10 today and the next day they asked for $25 and then $20 ??
