Definitely will stay again whenever we are in the area. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was really nice (almost resort like). Plus plenty of restaurants nearby including one in the hotel. Definitely can’t find better value than this place.

rapport qualité prix c’était super ! c’est sur que ce n’est pas l’hôtel la plus luxueuse mais c’était propre et les employé sont sympathique mes enfant ont adoré ,le seul point négatif que je pourrais dire c’est que l’eau de la piscine serais du pour être changer …. mais j’y suis aller du 8 au 10 mars alors peut être qu’il y a eu beaucoup d’enfant durant le semaine de relâche et que l’hôtel attendais après les vacance pour le faire et je comprendrais !

Pouriture a la chambre on n'a du changer de chambre. Serviettes avec taches brunes. Boulle de poussière dans la chambre. 2e chambre petite pour 4 personnes, rideau de douche aucunement pratique, pas de rangement dans le bain ni dans la salle de bain. Piscine publique sale pleine de roche au fond. Tres decu de mon sejour car jamais javais ete decu de se motel avant ! Rapport qualité prix tres décevant

We were disappointed because there was no room cleaning during our 3 night stay. We thought they would at least come after 2 night to swipe the floors and empty the garbage but no...we had to do it ourselves. The pool was nice but the water was cold. Another disappointment. Overall its way cheeper than the Jaro but much less enjoyable too. We wont be returning unfortunatly. The location is good to visit everything near Quebec wish was a good thing.

correct mais sans plus, les lits étaient confortable, mais c'était bruyant du côté de notre chambre. De plus le spa ne fonctionne pas depuis plusieurs années à ce qu'il paraît. Obligé de lever la poignée de porte pour s'assuré que la porte est bien barré quand nous sortons, car sinon elle ne se verrouille pas !

Upgrades were in progress while we were there, though it was discouraging to be woken up at 7:00 am by the carpenters laying new flooring in the room above ours. It actually startled us awake. Staff seemed indifferent. In other reviews, it was noted that excessive condensation forms on the plate-glass windows. It was so pronounced that we needed several towels to contain the pools of water. The room was recently refreshed, but the hotel and pool are just getting a bit tired. The photos online are deceiving. It's middle-of-the-road at best. The common area on a balcony above the pool was nice. However, it was dated like the rest of the property. The location was good and easily accessible for our stay. The hotel sits between a Tim Hortons and McDonalds which was handy. St. Huberts is directly across the street. There is no complimentary breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again, but it is satisfactory for a family on a budget.

Staff was rude . After being promised by the staff flr early check in and not being from the area they would not allow us to check in early. While waiting at the counter both times tk check on early check in and at normal check the same staff member greated us with attitude and waited over 20 minutes each time for her to actually help us. Once we got to the room. There was no hot.water , the hook fell off the door , and the room definitely was not.cleaned before we arrived , not the floors anyways. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor and there was water damage all over the ceiling.

This hotel is in a very convenient location with multiple restaurants surrounding. Staff was so friendly and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay again!
