Les chambre gagneraient à être mise à jour. Peinture qui écaille dans la salle de bain. Coulis sur la porte de la chambre. Serviette de bain déchirée. Éclairage déficient dans l’espace piscine. Très sombre et aucunement invitant. Très triste parce que l’hôtel a un grand potentiel. Je donnerais un 2 et demi .
Aussi, très désolant de remplir un sondage en anglais seulement.

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it but this stay will be our last. Lots of little things needed maintenance in our room (very noisy air conditioner, hook on the back of the bathroom door hanging on by a thread, water leaking from the toilet pooling on the floor). For the pool area, the stair at the top of the hot tub as well as the handrail were both broken so as a person with mobility issues, entering/exiting the hot tub was difficult. If my husband hadn't been there to assist me, I would not have attempted it at all.
This hotel needs a to hire a maintenance person!

L’air climatisé fonctionnait pas bien et elle était sale. Elle m’a donné mal à la gorge. Le robinet coulait constamment. Le wifi était de piètre qualité et ne se rendait pas jusqu’à ma chambre. J’ai dû travailler dans ma chambre sur mes données cellulaires et la chaise de bureau était brisé et baissait constamment sous mon poids. Les oreillers et le lit n’étaient pas confortables. Il y a une odeur de piscine partout et l’hôtel n’est pas climatisée donc il fait chaud dans les corridors et le lobby.

We had a newly renovated room on the third floor facing the parking lot, but it’s also got views of the water. Check in and out was fast. There was a bit of noise transfer from the adjacent rooms, but very minor. All seemed clean except a few crevices of the bathroom floor.
