Très bonne place

correct mais sans plus, les lits étaient confortable, mais c'était bruyant du côté de notre chambre. De plus le spa ne fonctionne pas depuis plusieurs années à ce qu'il paraît. Obligé de lever la poignée de porte pour s'assuré que la porte est bien barré quand nous sortons, car sinon elle ne se verrouille pas !

Tres beau séjour.Beaucoup de commodités autour.tres belle place pour les familles.

Le stationnement était tres simple.

Le chauffage est très bruyant, il nous réveillait à chaque fois qu'il décollait. Le personnel était très accueillant et aidant. Malheureusement, il y avait des coulisses partout sur les murs, de la moisissure au plafond et autour du bain. De l'eau tiède pour se laver malgrer tous les efforts du personnel.

Frigo bruyant. La douche fonctionnait mal. Tiède pendant plusieurs minutes puis, soudainement brûlante.

Le nécessaire était bien en ordre et propre. En plus, le restaurant Batifol, deux repas excellents.

We were treated well; everything was ready when we checked in, the room was clean, and everything was tidy.

Blanket dirty! Moisture in room! Room in terrible condition! First and last stay!!

Upgrades were in progress while we were there, though it was discouraging to be woken up at 7:00 am by the carpenters laying new flooring in the room above ours. It actually startled us awake. Staff seemed indifferent. In other reviews, it was noted that excessive condensation forms on the plate-glass windows. It was so pronounced that we needed several towels to contain the pools of water. The room was recently refreshed, but the hotel and pool are just getting a bit tired. The photos online are deceiving. It's middle-of-the-road at best. The common area on a balcony above the pool was nice. However, it was dated like the rest of the property. The location was good and easily accessible for our stay. The hotel sits between a Tim Hortons and McDonalds which was handy. St. Huberts is directly across the street. There is no complimentary breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again, but it is satisfactory for a family on a budget.

Très bon service j'avais un problème avec ma porte de chambre elle barrais pu ils m'ont changer de chambre et mis dans une chambre avec balcon J'ai adoré service rapide J'y vais au moins 2-3 fois par année 😁

Definitely will stay again whenever we are in the area. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was really nice (almost resort like). Plus plenty of restaurants nearby including one in the hotel. Definitely can’t find better value than this place.

Staff was rude . After being promised by the staff flr early check in and not being from the area they would not allow us to check in early. While waiting at the counter both times tk check on early check in and at normal check the same staff member greated us with attitude and waited over 20 minutes each time for her to actually help us. Once we got to the room. There was no hot.water , the hook fell off the door , and the room definitely was not.cleaned before we arrived , not the floors anyways. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor and there was water damage all over the ceiling.

This hotel is in a very convenient location with multiple restaurants surrounding. Staff was so friendly and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay again!

Je nest pas ammener mon chien finalement , par conte il y avais de la moissisure dans la salle bain aura les joint de plancher et presence dinfiltration deau aura la fenetre , le spa est en mauvais etat , de plus leau est tiede et ne sent pas bonne et surtout pas le clore ... De plus durant la nuit nous avons vue une bibitte de couleur pale qui volais en avant de la tv attirer par la lumière de celle ci , je ne recommande pas ... staff a laccueil parfais par contre ! 🤗
