They upgraded me to a king-size and its very clean and was a wonderful stay

If you want the Hilton pay for the Hilton but if you're looking for just a goodnight rest and on a budget the bed was clean and comfy!

The hotel was a bit old but clean. The staff was friendly but they do not allow pets and charged 25 extra a night for our cat. The beds are very VERY firm so if you like that this is the hotel for you. If you book through Expedia make sure to call ahead to make sure they got the reservation or check in is going to take extra time which sucks when you’ve been travelling all day. All in all decent hotel but damn those beds are firm.

Awful place they gave away my two rooms but wouldnt give my friend back a refund on her room which would have forced her to stay there alone because again they gave away my families two rooms..Then refused to refund her and told her she can't have visitors nor can she go room to room if we were to stay there..Then the check in karen said she'd have any car parked there visiting towed away...I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME

I checked in after prepaying for a 2 night stay. I checked out after the first night, when I left to sleep elsewhere because the state of the room was THAT bad. I’d rather lose my money than be there. We’re talking sticky floors, visible dust and grime on heater, ac, lamps etc. Garbage under the bed, a flimsy lock on the door that barely worked, hairs in bedding and tiny black bugs under the mattress. Smelled like smoke inside lobby and rooms. It’s no wonder they’re so adamant about a no return policy- it’s disgusting.

The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I stayed at Haven Inn in Hamilton last Saturday for one night during a business trip, and overall it was worth it for the price and purpose of my visit. The staff were helpful, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that the room felt a little cold. Other than that, it was a simple and practical place to stay for one night, especially for a business trip.

Everything was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was clean and quiet.

The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. It is a basic room so our expectations reflected that and so did the price! Very good value for our $$.

This is absolutely the most deplorable and disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Everything is broken, old, rusted, filthy, and completely unacceptable. No words can describe how unsuitable these conditions are for any human being to sleep in. I had to leave immediately after arriving because it was that bad. I booked four nights through Expedia for a work trip and spent a significant amount of money, only to walk into horrible living conditions. The photos online look nothing like the actual room. The entire property felt neglected, dirty, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unpleasant to deal with. The woman working nights was especially hostile and made an already terrible experience even worse. Instead of trying to help, they refused to provide any refund despite the unacceptable conditions. Unfortunately, Expedia also refused to issue a refund. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. I strongly believe Expedia should remove this property from their website because it is completely misleading and unfit for guests. I will also be reporting this hotel to the health department and every appropriate authority responsible for allowing businesses like this to continue operating. (Attached Photos)

I needed the heat on and the room stayed nice and warm. The bed qas quite comfortable and it was in a quiet location near residential apartment buildings.

The photos don’t show the reality. The room I stayed in must be updated. The door locker is not good, I felt unsafe. Staff was okay and I received my refund for the $100 deposit right away.

The room was unwelcoming. Heat wasn't on. Very poor quality workmanship on pretty much everything. Tv was really small. Remote hardly worked. No closet. No pictures or anything to decorate it; make it homey. The bed was comfortable. Close to McMaster. You get what you pay for i guess. The pictures online looked nicer. Buyer beware.

The attitude of the staff and also the cleanliness was not good. The place needs to be updated and some things such as towels changed to new ones.

This is a motel not a hotel or inn. Many long term patrons live here.
