Terrible POS hotel that you get what you pay for. I posted my previous issues and somehow they didn’t stick.

You get what you pay for. Here are a few points we have noticed 1. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows terrible (thick as 6 pieces of paper) 2. Water in bathroom trickles 3. No soap holder (they couldn’t spend the $4 at Dollarama for ones? 4. The chair they give you in the room was literally on its last legs. We were afraid to sit on it as we would be blamed for breaking it. 5. The TV required a wizard to use it where the up arrow didn’t work 6. The TV randomly turned on in the middle of the night (quite bright) 7. Laminate floor seen better days 8. They could have splurged for a bigger waste basket. We put 2 Gatorade bottles in it and it was full 9. The sink had no counter and was so small I couldn’t put my glasses on it to put my contacts in (and put a toothbrush and toothpaste on it)

Great budget motel with a great price! Very clean, comfortable beds and when skip the dishes left out utensils with our order the lovely front desk lady saved the day with plastic forks and knives!

I never made it to the hotel. I chose to pay at property but what I didn’t know is that they charge your card at the beginning of the day and my card declined it and the room is automatically cancelled and it had been given away already. I had chosen pay at property because I wanted to pay with cash and if I had know about this I would have chosen pay now and it had been cheaper.

I requested a room change. Small issue nothing major. Staff super accommodating

Everything is nice and close so it’s easy to go get things in a pinch, check in was simple and easy

Affordable option for a quick overnight stay. Staff was great. Easy check in and out. The room could use some updates.

Expect no amenities (other than free parking and cable tv that the desk clerk felt I needed to be instructed on how to access) and bath towels akin to what I imagine jail inmates get--rough and barely larger than hand towels (which none of those was provided). Bedspread was stained. There are a few places to eat that are within walking distance but it's an unappealing neighborhood. Neighbors sat outside talking and smoking. It served its purpose as an inexpensive place to sleep and shower.

It was nice

No traffic after 10 pm. Quiet residential neighborhood. Comfy bed and pillows. Had a good night sleep!

The photos for this motel are extremely misleading (side note: this is not an inn). The room I was put in wasn’t at all somewhere I felt okay sleeping; I ended up leaving and booking at a hotel elsewhere without staying just after midnight the day I checked in. From the missing drawers on the dresser, dirty floor/grim around the mini fridge, grungy bathtub, no-long-white greyed out face towels, banged up door and half puttied/painted walls, inexplicable fruit flies even though there was no food around, and mosquitos hanging out inside the room, I did not feel comfortable taking any of my items out of my luggage or sleeping in the bed. Also, I did not appreciate having to give my credit card number over the phone after being left a voicemail saying my reservation was cancelled even though it was clearly stated on Expedia that payment was due upon check in at the site. Essentially got burned for $313 that quite frankly I should have been refunded. Especially since I was told I was going to be moved to another room on the 3rd day I was meant to be there because they had someone else booked in the gross one I was in for the Friday (even though I was already there and checked in on Wednesday), which doesn’t make sense). I’m sure this motel may serve its purpose for those who aren’t discerning about cleanliness but it should not be advertised with misleading photos and information. The only positive was that the woman working the front desk was nice.

The unit was dirty, stunk & the AC did not work. Additionally I booked two nights and they told me Expedia only had me booked for one night, I ended up going to Best Western in Brantford instead, a much better experience. I would NOT recommend this location. Also, their excuse for avalibilty was for their “regulars” they keep rooms open “just in case”, sure what a great way to run a business. The last who checked me in was great, friendly and resourceful, that was the only good experience here.
