Staff, service were amazing. Properties need repairs and renovation for sure, sauna needs renovation badly and hot tub area as well. Location is great, views are amazing, which covers all disadvantages Rooms need repairs and especially washrooms

The staff was wonderful. We weren’t able to get an upgrade with our platinum status because the rooms that were available we too far above our category. They did give us two bottles of wine instead. Our only complaints are that we had kids partying above us two night in a row. Not really the resorts fault. We did call the front desk to complain the second night but no one answered so my husband had to walk there at 1:45 am. That’s a little bit the staffs fault. The hot tub was down one afternoon but it did open up again in the evening. We were in a one bedroom, it is showing its age a little but it was very clean and the view was great! The real wood fire is amazing. Overall we would stay here again.

I got an infection from the hot tub, when I attempted to discuss this with the staff, they were dismissive and uncaring. The rooms are run down now, our door stuck and was hard to open, the screen was out of the front window. They sent maintenance when asked but he was there less than 5 minutes and didn't fix either issue. They don't enforce their no alcohol rule in the hot tub, so you have to contend with alcohol induced idiocy when just trying to relax. Overall, we've stayed at this resort at least once a year for the past five years, often we've stayed twice, but we'll be long break from them going forward.
