Was good

We’ve stayed at several Home2 Suites before, but this was our first disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we found that the room thermostat wasn’t working. We immediately called the front desk but were told there was no maintenance available until 7 AM. It was hot overnight, and we had to remove our toddler’s clothes because he was sweating so much. The next morning, breakfast options were very limited—mostly bread, eggs, and what tasted like cardboard bacon. I followed up again about the thermostat and was told maintenance was still unavailable. Before leaving at 10:30 AM, I reminded the receptionist that we had a cat in the room and asked that they not leave the door open during repairs. Later, I received an email saying the issue couldn’t be fixed because our cat wasn’t in a cage. I called to explain that we were already out and couldn’t return just to cage the cat. The thermostat issue was not our fault, and the hotel should have offered a room change when we first reported it. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing compared to our previous stays.

Our room was a good size and the hotel is dog friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. They had lots of security cameras so I felt my vehicle was safe. We will be back.

Nice property overall, with limited area for breakfast and limited seating.

This hotel was modern and beautifully designed. The breakfast was exceptional. It's location, however, was very close to a busy road and the night traffic was disruptive for sleeping.

It was nothing fancy, but ok

I liked the room. I didn’t like the way the door did not extend all the way to the floor allowing a gap which allowed light and lots of noise in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel itself was very clean. Handy launderette. Breakfast is limited and is the same everyday. The same tongs were used for savoury breakfast e.g sausage patties and sweet pastries. Hotel is is in an industrial area but if you have a car everything is within easy reach. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.

Nice location easy drive around Brampton. A few shady characters around the outside of property. Overall very comfortable rooms would stay again.
