Room facilities are good for family stay.

I love the hotel. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. I wish there was ATM but it’s very nice hotel

Ashish was the front desk team he was very helpful he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast choices were great.

The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was absolutely fabulous but the noise from other guests was incredibly disruptive. unfortunately, the hotel staff didn't seem to care or do much about it. Large groups would take over the entire lobby, gym and swimming pool despite there being 'maximum persons' posters noted, the hotel staff seemed to overlook it and therefore left other guests without any space or time for enjoyment. Security also seems to be non-existent, I heard two people from the large group saying that their vehicles were broken into yet no actual security staff were present or patrolling the premesis. Because there are a lot of homeless people, and a homeless shelter, in the area, I would think that the hotel would be a little more vigilant and provide proper security for their guests. I will definitely visit again but probably in a less busy time.

The breakfast was well stocked and hot. The pool was clean and the water was warm. The room was very clean upon arrival.

They don’t clean room everyday the toilet don’t work when it’s check out time they come knock on your door at 10:20 am to come down to check out unprofessional won’t come here again to this hotel

I've stayed in literally thousands of nights in hotels - hundreds in Hilton brands. This was by far the most disappointing stay of all. I'm not a terribly picky traveller, but when my family and stayed at this hotel while in town for a funeral, It landed at the top of my very short 'never go again' list. The only redeeming factor was the young man who checked my wife and I in - pleasant, fast and tremendously helpful in explaining how the app worked. We were there for two nights. The eggs, bacon and sausage in the buffet breakfasts were cold. The "lemon-lime water" which sounded like a refreshing sugar-free option was just sweet lemonade. The water in the pool was cold. Not cool - but cold. When we came back from the celebration of life after the first night, we were surprised the room hadn't been serviced. When I called the front desk about hit, the man who answered just replied with "well, did you ask to have it serviced?" That stunned me, then he followed with, "It's Sunday and housekeeping has gone home anyway, so we can't do it until tomorrow..." I wasn't happy. I hadn't made a huge fuss about things, although I was clear that I was disappointed. The next day, the man who had checked me in originally, made a point to apologize for the room service, but by then it was too late. I hope this isn't Hilton's new standard of service.

Clean rooms and hotel, super friendly staff. Only complaint from the kids, the pool wasn’t available on the 2nd night, and from me was that I love super hot showers and the water never got very hot. Other than that excellent stay.
