Allen at check in was amazing. Super friendly and ensured a room was quickly prepared for us even though we were almost an hour early. Facilities were kept impeccably clean. Rooms were much bigger than expected!! All staff members smiled and said hello as we crossed paths. Breakfast wasn't very impressive in terms of options but edible. The pool was fun but there was so much hair in it that my kids and I kept getting caught on it which was gross.

Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. I used the gym on my stay. Pool is crowded in the evening on my stay but nobody is on the pool in the morning. Staff were nice and accommodating.

The hotel is clean & quiet. Staff is cery alert to every person that walks through the place They lock the main entrance after 10pm, I'm guessing due to the hard done by folks.
Not a fan of the processed foods for the breakfast. It was a less than edible breakfast!!

Didn’t get the room which I booked, staff said it was over booked. I left with no choice and to take what ever is available. Not booking again thru Expedia if this is the confusion between Expedia and the hotel.
