Our stay here was fantastic from start to finish. Very nice room with view, staff service and willingness to help was very very good. Our room was comfortable, up to date, complete with quality robes. Roomy, light and airy. All of our requests were fulfilled and we felt very much at home here. We will stay here again when we return to Quebec City!

We were very happy with the hotel. The room was very clean and staff helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for the attractions we wanted to visit and see. Various restaurants were in walking distance which was very handy. I would stay here again and recommend it.

We enjoyed the stay. Room was more spacious than expected and clean. The shower was also very nice and convenient walk in w glass surround. Housekeeping was great about keeping us in fresh towels. There was always someone helpful at the front desk. Glad we stayed there.

Chateau Laurier was good value at $250 US/night taxes, fees and parking included. We had just stayed at the Garden Hilton Inn; next to the airport in Warwick, RI for 2 nights, prior to staying at Chateau Laurier. This gave us pretty good perspective on value. Hilton Garden Inn, Warwick RI (next to the airport) -$300 US/night (parking and breakfast not included) -room smelled of urine upon entering -room not clean -room in desperate need of updates -loud outside with thin walls -loud A/C system that blows in your face -no blackout curtains -springy, uncomfortable mattresses -staff was ok, but not friendly -would expect to pay $75 US/night Chateau Laurier, Quebec City -$250 US/night (this cost includes taxes, fees, parking) -clean, quiet, comfortable room -pretty updated hotel -location was excellent for a 15 minute walk to explore in any direction -staff was friendly and professional -mattresses were okay, not the best -had blackout curtains -had nice a quiet A/C system that didn't blow right in your face -overall good value

I am 100% sure I cancelled the booking within the cancellation period, and the hotel.com app did say canceled. At the end the hotel charged me for no show which not supposed to be. Then the support team just keep saying is not me canceled the booking. I do not know what’s going on with this app. They put this whole computerized glitch blamed on the customers and the customers need to take and pay the penalties with unreasonable charges. If anything happened, the support team basically won’t able to help you on anything. As they will just keep throwing the ball back to the app and then the app throw the ball back to the hotel, there is nothing they will be willing to help you to accommodate the situation that you a facing. Which means you be the only one who take all the consequences. I had being charged for three rooms $1000, which they keep saying there is nothing to they can do, and not doing anything on the situation you are facing. Just put all the responsibilities on you.
